I LOVED the cowboy Carter theme for the weekend! It added an extra level to our trip! The staff was super friendly and offered to take pictures for us. The AI was easy to request things by texting right from my phone. We only had a car for part of our stay and it was easy for them to remove the charge when we returned it. The rooms were very spacious. Loved loved loved my stay and definitely will be returning and recommending to others!

It would've been nice to know that the escalator from self parking was broken. Valet just said if we had a lot of things (which we didn't) to drop them off upstairs, but failed to mention the escalator being broken and no elevator to take your suitcases up from self parking.

The restaurant had good food, nice cozy. Quiet atmosphere.

The parking situation sucks. They make you pay for parking after you're already paying for the hotel. If you do self parking you have to park in the third sub level of the building that parking is $23 overnight, they have rates for hourly as well. If you have a truck or S.U.V, it's wise to park up on top ground level because of the low clearance. But that's considered valet parking. That's $38 for the night. Also that comes out of your hundred and fifty dollar deposit. So one way or another you're either gonna get some of your deposit back or none of it depending on how many days you stay. I did not like that the deposit went to the parking. Also, a fan in the bathroom would be nice.

Everything was great except the fact that (my parents) who actually were the ones who stayed there had apparently a $15 per person per day ($30 total) credit per the front desk lady and when they tried to use it for the restaurant it was denied. They ended up having to pay for it. The lady clearly said the credit could be used for everything except Starbucks. I am a Hilton honors member and one breakfast was the least they could have offered especially after telling my parents they had a credit.

We stayed from Friday-Sunday for the Cowboy Carter concert and I was pleasantly surprised to see the themed decorations upon entry from the self-park garage. Everyone was in GREAT spirits thanks to the ambience. The front desk staff was amazing! Darius, the manager, did an amazing job keeping things running smoothly!

The staff is incredible. I am a solo female traveller and there are a ton of “finance bro” types that stay here but with the right personality you’ll never have to pay a thing at the hotel bar lol. Clean, solid space with the perfect amount of autonomy and local recommendations to have made me rebook here for 4 months in advance. Thank you to all the staff (except the bartender for one bartender who only tended to male clients even if I was there prior, you saw me babe!! you saw me there!!!) 10/10

Front desk More patience, smile 😊 and when we chick in Give the information what we need .. for example I don’t know we have to have the breakfast cupón ., they ask for and we don’t know .. but we learn something!! Delicious I love the food 🥘

Very comfortable, great beds, quiet, good location, on-site parking

aircon was out of order for scheduled maintenance on arrival day (didn't notify us) but room temps stayed bearable. Parking costs $ 30 / day and parking garage is not for the faint of heart..

Great hotel. Super nice staff. Nice bathrooms but there was a phone in ours which made me think they only updated part of the bathroom, not the whole thing.

Bar closes by 10 pm and the parking garage is an absolute nightmare. Pay the extra money and do valet parking.

The rooms were big and clean. The cookies at the front desk were the bomb. The staff was friendly and professional.

The only issue I had was the lack of communication between the valet and front desk. When I went down to catch a shuttle, the front desk wasn't aware that the shuttle was out of service. It caused inconvenience because most of the places we wanted to go were within the mile range that the shuttle could go.

Every thing, friendly warm front desk staff, great room on a high floor with a great view. Great cookies at checkin!!!! Room was amazingly comfy, bathroom is huge, great water pressure. Love this hotel!! Starbucks in the lobby!! And a bar!!! Will be staying here when ever I can.
