I like staying here - staff is friendly, I can grab a quick breakfast and hot drink anytime. The room is clean and quiet. I like that I can park my rental free of charge. I like the discount coupon the Family Pancake House - yummy!
I had to check out at 4am to catch a flight and the employee assigned to the night desk was new and had to call someone else to check me out. It took longer than I expected to get a receipt. (she was very pleasant & I do not blame her...but she needs more training before being left alone) No big deal but you cannot adjust the handlebars on the stationery bike in the exercise room

Amazing value, great location in Redmond. 5 min drive to many shops/restaurants, great included buffet breakfast, comfortable beds, microwave & fridge in room very useful. Excellent free coffee machine in lobby (for hot water, coffee, lattes, hot chocolate, etc)
Can hear doors slamming when ppl enter/exit their rooms, floor shakes/vibrates a bit when just walking around room (for context I'm 125 lbs walking in socks). Didn't bother us as we were on top floor but I imagine it could be loud for ppl in floors below.

The hotel is very clean, at an easy location to get to right off of Hwy 520. Not being a big chain, it is priced very competitively for the area.
Not a real complaint, but it can feel a bit dated. But still well maintained, so no biggie. Breakfast offered is very skippable, but they did give a coupon to use at the Pancake House next door, which is a pretty good diner.

We were visiting Redmond to volunteer at the Women's PGA golf championship hosted at Sahallee Country Club and the location of the Redmond Inn was perfect for us because shuttle buses were starting from nearby Marymoor Park. In addition the breakfast facility was available at times that matched our early morrning volunteer shifts and provided us with a clean, friendly environment with multiple breakfast options. With shopping nearby that included restaurants and a spacious Whole Foods we could enjoy a walk to acquire much of what we may have needed.

Large room and friendly staff. Comfortable bed. A few restaurants within walking distance, and a 25 minutes drive away from downtown Seattle. Fit our needs perfectly.
Breakfast was a bit lacking, and could use some sprucing up. Adding a selection of cold cuts or cheeses would’ve made a big difference. Also, it’s worth noting that our room was right by the pool, which only caused a small amount of time at a reasonable hour. Might have been luck, but if it’s swimming season and your room is by the pool, best to be aware of that.

In the climate of corporate hotel acquisitions, the Redmond Inn is a welcomed throw-back to private hotels where customers truly come first and customer-service is not just a slogan thrown on the walls, it's a practice by every employee, The location is perfect. Walk to the Town-Center, Marymoor Park, or the Light Rail.

The rooms were really spacious, we loved it so much we booked an extra night. It’s walking distance to Whole Foods and short drive to other shops. Worth being out of the hustle of Seattle. The fridge and microwave make it handy for your own food if you don’t want to eat out. They have hot coffee in the lobby. We didn’t eat the breakfast. Parking is easy. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Roshani on the front desk was very welcoming each time we saw her.
The lift is a bit slow and quite small for our 3 suitcases.

Breakfast room was clean, food was available on time. The options were limited, mostly bread, yogurt, dry cereal or waffles. The coffee in the lobby was excellent. Location was convenient for our visit with plenty of easy parking.
Hotel is old and in need of remodeling and updating. No work out room, pool was outdoor only and closed.

Rooms were clean, parking was great, was able to get a good night's sleep and things were quiet! Breakfast was ok. You were able make your own waffles, cereal, hard boiled eggs. It was very busy. Could have used some bacon/sausage. I would totally stay here again, especially considering the reasonable price. Check in was painless.
Could use more breakfast choices. It was ok, but could have been better. Freshly baked cookies at check in would have been nice.
