With the upgraded remodels of the room, it was very comfy and QUIET for being near SeaTac. NEVER heard a plane, but LIGHTLY heard the light rail train while I was awake but, again, was NOT a problem. All staff were polite and helpful...grateful for the shuttle to the airport, but feel very embarrassed I didn't have a few bucks on me to tip him. I also felt very safe there.

Broken Ice Machine on my floor, but I went down to lobby and got it there.

It was clean and recently updated, with a comfortablebed. The room had a tv with good cable service, a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee. There is a continental breakfast. There was plenty of room to park the car.

I could hear airplanes taking off, but I wanted to be close to the airport to avoid driving Interstate 5 during morning rush hour. Access in and out of the parking lot can be a little challenging. Perhaps a lit pole sign out front would help.

The impressions are twofold. The room and dining room are quite clean, but the carpet has clearly not been washed for a long time. Noisy heater. Breakfast - waffles, toast with spreads, cereal with milk, fruit and boiled eggs, but it's so laid out in space that you have to walk around to see everything (we only saw it after breakfast, lol); you have been warned, so better luck)). Communication with staff. The lady behind the counter was friendly; the black lady in the dining room “helped” with the psycho. In principle, the hotel is worth its price.

Location was fantastic. It was very easy to get around town from this location.

Some of the front desk employees were not helpful & uninformed about the area. The breakfast was only OK, but I believe that was due to ongoing remodeling at this location.

Staff were awesome. Very helpful, flexible and friendly. It’s an airport hotel with high capacity and turnover. Breakfast was dry with waffles, so for me kinda lame. Coffee in the room was GOOD quality. Near the airport. Shuttle came for us at 3:00 very convenient. We were able to call from the shuttle airport phone. 5 min to the hotel wit a gas station, Taco Bell, Jack in the box, and liquor store within 100 meters/yards.

Generally it’s what we expected.

Breakfast was delicious every morning. The room was nice clean, beds were very comfortable but bathroom was way too tight and small we could hardly move in there. Location was only 6 mins away from airport.

Bathroom was too small and the gym was also way too small. Both treadmill and stationary bike did not work and weights kept going missing like the 20lbs dumbell.

Arrived at airport. Transport to hotel was provided. Front desk was nice. Was able to book transportation for am to train. Easy.

The 1030am transportation booking left without use even though we were in lobby. Needed clearer instructions from hotel/driver. I alerted front desk clerk that I was waiting for 1030 shuttle

The location, staff, and ease of use for the breakfast at early hours of this hotel are excellent. The hotel messaging throughout the hotel does say it's going through a renovation phase which is desperately needed as the rooms, particularly the bathrooms def. need an upgrade as they weren't clean at all. However the rooms/beds are still very comfortable and for short stays from the airport it is perfect. I hope the renovations are completed soon as it will be a great place to continue to stay.

More up to date messaging on the hotel facilities and what is going on. e.g. wasn't aware the pool was not available to use, no vending machine, ice machine on floors to buy water etc. I received three notifications prior to arrival that the shuttle service worked only at particular times so came via a taxi from the airport, but when I arrived I was told the shuttle service is available 24 hours a day. Thankfully the staff at this hotel are super helpful and nice and refunded me the cost of the taxi - thank you.

I liked the staff when we checked in. We were tired and cold, it was very late. She could not see nor find our reservation. I think it was our mistake. She took care of everything for us in a calm and businesslike manner. Because of her we had a good night's sleep. The room was a nice size, the decor was what I like. Lots of light. The shower water was hot. I had been on vacation for two weeks and that was our last day before going back to Japan and we finally had a hot shower. The breakfast was great. The other guests were nice to be around. The bus back to the airport was so helpful and on time, cheerful driver, nice man.

I think booking. com was the biggest problem for us.

It was very clean and the staff were so friendly and always helpful, i enjoyed the complimentary shuttle and the 24/7 staff at the front desk, especially its location is so perfect, it’s right next to food locations such as Denny’s, Jack in the box, and Thai food, OH and a grocery store! Also it’s not so far away from Angle Lake :)

Everything else was perfect it’s just the microwave was located somewhere on an outlet that wasn’t able to make it turn on so we had to figure that out.
