The front desk staff and the location were great. The room was a very nice size and the bathroom was great except for the water pressure. The extra sink, large refrigerator, and extra storage space were a nice bonus. Ubers and lyfts came quickly to get us around downtown Milwaukee. There was also a nice fire pit outside.

We ran out of toilet paper and the staff said they were waiting for their delivery. Later, we saw housekeeping with toilet paper on their cart, but they wouldn't give us any because they were putting it in the new rooms. I had to get a roll from my son, who we were visiting. The breakfast ended at 9 am every day, which I thought was a little early.

excellent location short walk from art museum, very comfortable room with kitchen including large refrigerator with freezer,, excellent bed, big fold out couch, plenty of counter and shelf and closet space, would be comfortable for extended stay with room for a couple with children. All very new, and thoughtfully designed with pleasing colors, fabrics, textures, and all spotlessly clean. Downstairs the common areas included areas for various games and watching television or relaxing with friends. Breakfast was well done with the usual fare. There is an interesting restaurant district two blocks away in an historic neighborhood. There is public off street parking close by as well as valet parking in a secure locked garage.

Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. I use an upright walker and the halls, elevators and rooms had ample space to use it. The hotel was 1/2 mile away from the event we were to attend. Instead of calling an Uber, we were half a block away from a FREE streetcar ride (The Hop) which dropped us close to the event. The complimentary breakfast was better than most! Hot coffee, 3 types of dry cereal, hot oatmeal, apples, tangerines, muffins, bagels, yogurt, sausage patties and links, a sausage/cheese/egg on a muffin and yogurt! The staff was kind and courteous and helped us navigate a city we have never been in.

Onsite parking would have been nice, but, given the location would not have been feasible. Although not complimentary a valet service was available.

It's was okay.

We had a problem with someone from housekeeping while we stayed. She is being a booger to us. I gave her a 5.00 tip for cleaning. I didn't change for 20.00 dollar bill. The lady bought $15.00. So I gave her 20.00 for $ 15.00 . We were preparing to leave the property on that Sunday morning. The lady from housekeeping harassing us to pay her for Saturday. I know I her pay. She is just running some kind of hustle. I didn't mind her. We told the front desk about her.

I love all your hotels like this! Modern, open social spaces. Definitely inviting. The only hotel I would literally go and retreat to on my own for some quiet time! I first stayed at the one in Rochester MN while my mother was at Mayo. I actually wanted to stay longer! Nice job for thinking outside the box!

Well equipped room helpful staff comfy bed

Water pressure poor noisy air conditioning not enough chairs in room but was sorted out. Breakfast options ok but quality not great for healthy options no supermarket close by to do shopping.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and nice. Breakfast was better than expected, had little egg, ham and cheese muffin and bagels that were very good. Water, coffee and tea available 24/7.

Street noise is very noticeable, along with noise from other guests. The shatter couldn’t close completely, so the day light was somehow bothersome in the morning.

Location is very convenient to the Third Ward area of town and centrally located otherwise. The hotel looked nice inside and out and was modern and clean. Breakfast was along the lines of most other decent hotels.

l thought the room would be a little larger based on the booking I made (was supposed to be 350 sq feet versus 250). The sofa sleeper worked fine for my son, but my husband and I rolled a bit toward the middle of our bed. Mostly slept OK though.

The 2 front desk ladies were really awesome! Kind and accommodating. The snack area was well stocked with a great little self checkout spot. Tons of comfy lounge spots with outlets galore. Room was comfy and clean. Great hotel with great staff.

Don't love having to pay to park.

Location was excellent and the hotel is very nice. Most of all, in the midst of Harley madness and all the people, the STAFF WERE AMAZING! They went above and beyond and handled everything and everyone with professionalism. KUDOS to all the staff!

It was pricy, but considering there was a huge festival in town, it was worth the price at that time to be in the middle of the action.
