Very nice breakfast. I have been to other hotels that offer breakfast, this is the best one that I have ever had. The gravy actually had sausage in it, the homemade cinnamon rolls were delicious, The variety of choices was awesome. I like the way the whirlpool was next to the pool. I was laying in the whirlpool with my hand in the pool. That felt really neat. The room was very roomy, not crowded like most places and the pillow were nice and soft. The hot water and pressure for the shower was perfect. I give this place A++++ rating.

The bedroom blind did not open all of the way. I had to sit down to see out of the window. I think that this might have been fixed.

We both thought the breakfast was good. I really liked the pillows. My husband worked out in the fitness room. The staff were friendly.

The room smelled like paint or varnish and I have allergies to things like that. We would have asked for a different room, but I heard the desk clerk tell someone else that she didn't have any other open rooms. Nobody told us that construction or remodeling was going on. The first morning there was very loud hammering right above us.

The facility is very clean and well kept. There are some "extras" I really appreciate, such as the large vanity in the bathroom so you actually have room to put your cosmetics, meds etc. The bed was very comfortable, the tv had a great variety of channels and the room contained anything you needed. The person who helped us at check in went out of his way to locate a cart for us, as we had a lot of luggage (we'd been traveling a long time). We've stayed there several times before, and will continue to do so when we travel to Milwaukee area.

My only complaint is very small. We stayed three nights and one morning we discovered the housekeeping staff had not left us new coffee and cups. Not a big deal, we just went to the desk and got them.

Breakfast was incredible....so many good choices for kids and adults.....loved it. Everytime something became low in supply---there was someone filling it up again---how nice it that...thank you. Enjoyed making pancakes with our granddaughter---she thought it was the greatest thing ever.

Not quite sure why there wasn't any vending machines for soda-water-or snacks.....it's nice to have the convenience of having a vending machine available any time of the day or night. If vandalism is stopping hotels from having vending machines...why can't the hotel add extra cameras on them to catch the culprits? Just saying.

The staff was wonderful, helpful with our check in and helping get us another day stay with giving us the rate of the wedding group rate. Very fast to our problem with our tv in room, technician was very helpful

The bathroom…. Needed some work. Wallpaper was peeling off. The tub also needed work with rust marks . Very disappointing that a free breakfast wasn’t offered.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable.

Would have preferred a room with two Queens rather than a King and a sofa sleeper because the sofa bed was very uncomfortable (what one isn’t?). However, it seems hotels are going away from two Queen bed rooms because I rarely find them available.

The staff! Pool, hot tub, decor, very clean, comfortable bed, quiet even with kids in the hotel. Environmentally cautious. Antique shop in the area. Close to Highway.

Breakfast area too crowded, no place to sit. Most Pizza places closes at 9:00 PM, even on Sat. Hotel could have more info about places to eat, including schedules. Found out, by chance, Mac D. and MOD pizza stay open late

Checking in was super fast. The staff was amazing. the pool and hot tub were super nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast had a lot of options you would normally get at other places but included omelets, sausage and biscuits and gravy. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was in a convenient location, clean, and had a great pool/hot tub. The beds were VERY comfortable and the hotel was quiet.

The fireplace that was in the pictures was not a working fireplace, it was unfortunately one of the reasons I booked this place :/ The breakfast was okay - I wish there were more meat options.

Welcoming, attentive and accommodating staff... comfortable room and amenities.

Unruly children that were running and loud throughout the hall floors, without parental control or supervision... I know that staff could do little about it but it did not make our stay as nice as it could have been.
