The facility appeared clean, but the decor is dated.. Staff were friendly. Rooms were comfortable and very quiet. We received housekeeping every day, which was a plus.

Breakfast was on the low end of the scale. Limited choices. No sugar-free syrup which has always been available at other facilities. Only coffee available was out of a dispenser machine. Water was provided if you walked to the lobby and got the tiny cups available. The only elevator available to guests was shut down for two hours for scheduled maintenance at a busy time in the morning. We were not even notified by staff.

Perfect location easy check in/out very clean both outside and inside, my room was spotless no foul odor of any kind anywhere in the hotel. Water was nice and hot and the water pressure was impeccable. Breakfast was good and hot and the area was very clean and organized with the amount of people who were coming in and out for food. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel or my 2 night stay oh and the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were as well.

Friendly and helpful staff. Super quiet location. The pool and hot tub were both working! I was happy about that! The breakfast was Free and pretty decent. I was in a King Suite (pet friendly) and it was nice and spacious for my dog to play in.

The WiFi does NOT work well. At all. It's also a unsecure connection. Thankfully I was on a personal trip not a business trip. Because all of my business is done online. So that would have been terrible if I was relying on Wi-Fi to work. It is not going to happen.

I loved every single part of this hotel!! Brand new rooms with perfect everything! Brand new updated halls and rooms...Rooms fully equipped with quiet heating, brand new huge flat-screen with everything on it.... TVS are very smart and setup very well to watch Netflix, YounTube, Live TV and cable! Out of all of my stays this place had it all...Staff went above and beyond to make sure stay was great and were very appreciative of my stay. Bed was ultra comfortable and bathroom was perfectly stocked... Even the bathroom was equipped with brand new up to date fixtures and cool vanity. Again from top to bottom all new. Great blackout blind system and perfectly quiet for day sleeping or napping. speaking of napping beds were super comfortable! Breakfast was perfect and had everything one would want hot or cold. Great selection of juices, milk and fruit as well. Very well organized and stocked. I would definitely stay again and thank the staff for a great stay!

The property was spotless, very quiet (which matter the MOST to me). The check in staffer (and check out) were courteous. The location was good for me - within 3 1/2 miles of my event. I've booked this hotel for next week.

Breakfast was a bit of a wash. The coffee and juice machines were both broken. So no fresh coffee. Assuming they fix the machines, this isn't a big deal. The sign invited guests to go to the round about to Caribou - which would mean a $5.00 coffee instead of free coffee. (There were extras of the room 1-cup packs). All in all? It's OK. These things do happen.

The hotel looks really nice and new. The bedroom is very spacious with a large king bed. Everything was crystal clean and comfortable, with good room facilities. Easy check-in / check-out. A couple of restaurants walking distance, with a large cinema theater as well.

I am not sure it was caused by the heat followed by a thunderstorm, but the bedroom was pretty most throughout the whole night (floor and furniture). Breakfast was okay, however I miss some savory options (cheese, etc).

Great Staff, I actually had to leave a day early because of an emergency and they refunded my money without me asking. They really go out of their way to make sure your stay is a good one and are on the ball when it comes to Customer Service... Great rooms, netflix and streaming tvs. Fully updated top to bottom and a really nice safe location. You can easily walk to quality restaurants and the Cinema in close walking distance is cool too! Breakfast has great options warm and cold. Highly recommend!

Cleaning staff very friendly. One of the more affordable places in the area, theatre and IHOP and shopping close by was convenient

Elevator floor was dirty, lots of equipment was not working such as juice machine, washing machine, ice machine. It was hot outside, so not having ready access to ice, and being able to wash clothes didn't help our stay.

Check in was easy and quick, directions to the room were good. The room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The walk in shower door didn't like to stay shut (it slid back to open if you didn't prop it closed) but the bathroom was very clean overall and the towels were average soft. Mini fridge was bigger than average, dresser and closets were well appointed, TV was plenty big and easy enough to work with a few channels. The location is right off the highway with easy access to Milwaukee but there were plenty of trees to block any noise and we slept with the window open and the a/c off. Close to plenty of shopping and there is a restaurant across the way you can walk to.

The pool was a little strange with the red light thing, the cold water, and the hot tub had some violent bubbles but it was overall relaxing when they were turned off. Pool/hot tub didn't have anything wrong, just a weird vibe so I can't really count it against the hotel. Could it be better, yes. Was it bad, no.

Breakfast had an adequate amount of choices but staff were slow to refill breads when they were low

The bed squeaked when you kayed diwn(thinkingthere were springs rather than box spring) when the elevator opened at 3rd floir there was a large black stain on carpet that made us think perhaps our rooms wouldnt be as ckean as we were hoping. Also the jets in the hot tub were askew. Jjets shot upwards instead of toward center of tub
