We stayed at this boutique hotel for 3 nights and booked two rooms for our family. One of the rooms had a dead bug on the bed, but when we informed the reception, they promptly changed the room for us. The walls are quite thin though—you can clearly hear people talking in the corridor, which can be disturbing. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable, and the showers were good. Our booking included afternoon tea, which was a lovely touch, and the breakfast was tasty. The staff at breakfast and afternoon tea were especially kind and attentive. The hotel offers some thoughtful amenities like a choice of pillows, a free portable fan, a Wi-Fi-to-go device, and a portable phone charger—all available at reception. On a rainy day, we appreciated the complimentary raincoats, towels, umbrellas, and hats at the entrance. Jenny, the hotel host, was incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming. Housekeeping was also good. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to Saigon Square and Ben Thanh Market, with plenty of cafés and spas nearby.

The Odys Boutique Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City is a standout choice for travelers seeking a stylish, comfortable, and centrally located stay. Nestled in District 1, it’s just steps away from major attractions like Ben Thanh Market and the Saigon River, making it perfect for exploring the city’s vibrant culture. The hotel’s elegant lotus-inspired decor, welcoming staff, and peaceful atmosphere create a relaxing retreat from the city’s bustle. Rooms are tastefully decorated and well-equipped, with exceptionally comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities like blackout curtains, minibars, and complimentary bottled water. While some rooms are compact, they are spotlessly clean and provide everything needed for a restful stay. The daily breakfast buffet is a highlight, and the complimentary afternoon tea is a delightful extra that guests love. Service at The Odys Boutique Hotel is consistently praised for its warmth and professionalism, with staff going above and beyond to make every guest feel at home. The rooftop bar offers stunning city views and a relaxing spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Overall, The Odys Boutique Hotel delivers excellent value, comfort, and hospitality, making it a top choice for your stay in Ho Chi Minh City.

I was really very happy with this hotel. Everything was decorated stylishly and spotlessly clean. The staff were super helpful, and my room was spacious and bright. The breakfast offered a nice variety of Asian and Western cooked dishes, and continental options. The location was within walking distance of many attractions, and the hotel is surrounded by vibrant cafes and restaurants. I noticed that they privided ear plugs, and had read a few comments ts about the street noise, but I was on the second floor and didn't have any problem sleeping. Overall, except value for the quality of service. I will be back.

This hotel is incredibly well situated in Ho Chi Minh City, right near Ben Thanh markets and only a short walk from the river. It's surrounded by great bars and restaurents, I'd particularly recommend Mulligan's just around the corner. Staying here was a super convenient base of operations to explore the city. The restaurant upstairs, Bùp, also does a really good breakfast, so would recommend getting that included. As well as this, their cocktails were great. It was always a nice start to the evening to watch the city change to night on the rooftop with cocktails in hand. We came during monsoon season, the staff were incredibly accomodating, providing umbrellas as we left to go explore. After travelling for 3 weeks through Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam, the Odys offers the best value for money I've found. (Also, great pillows!)

I think the only drawback of the Odys is that it is in an older building, which limits their facilities. The only thing which could've made our stay better would be a pool, but this certainly wasn't missed given how in the centre of the city you are.

The property had a lot of free amenities like pocket Wi-Fi and bikes. The staff are super accommodating and nice. Free breakfast had a lot of variety. A/C unit worked (unlike other hotels) and kept our room super cool.

We had a connecting family room. There is no window in the double bedroom. The bathroom is super small and the shower door doesn’t close completely causing water to leak out. There’s also no counter space in the bathroom to put your accessories:

The location is good walking distance to most attractions, The bed and pillows were the most comfortable i have ever slept on, infact i really missed that bed when i checked out. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was big compared to most hotels. The water pressure was amazing.

I wish they provided an iron in the room. I had to stay an extra night, which i booked directly with the hotel, i feel i paid three times the price as compared to booking.com for the same room. So i feel that i got scammed.

The breakfast had a great variety of local and English food , the dinners and cocktails were amazing and the view from restaurant was spectacular !!! The staff are very helpful and kind. The pillow menu was fantastic and the free mini bar daily was fab. The bed was awesome and soft.

The shower glass didn’t have silicon to join the tile walls so every shower water went everywhere all over the floor.

The hotel is clean and tidy. They have a lot of services provided, like free afternoon tea and snacks daily, different pillows as per ur need, other services like fans, hats etc. to carry when u are going out. The location is just few mins walk from the famous Ben than market. Mac d, kfc etc. are close by. The breakfast is a wide spread with fresh fruits daily and eggs made as per ur liking. It was my birthday when I stayed with them, though I had not informed them but they surprised me with a hand written card and cake in my room it was a really nice gesture which I will never forget. Thanks Sammy for singing the birthday song for me, you have a sweet voice. The doorman is super friendly and helpful. I m sorry I couldn't get ur name. Lastly, we were on our way to the airport and received their message that my husband had forgotten his wallet with all his ID and card in the lobby bathroom, it was very kind of them to timely inform us and keep it safe. All in all, a really good hotel to stay in. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Next time when in Saigon, I don't think I will stay anywhere else.

Great staff. Spoke English well. Clean rooms. Felt safe - unlike the other hotel we were going to stay at.

Beds were a little hard. The tour they coordinated through Kim Travel was terrible. The Mekong Delta hotel had mold on the walls and the next morning we asked to leave early and drive back to Saigon because we did not feel safe. This was not Odys fault and they had nothing to do with it but I would recommend they don’t advertise this Mekong Delta tour through Kim travel. It was the worst The Odys staff were great about ensuring we had a pleasant stay when we returned for a second night.

The reception staff was very friendly and helpful! Location is around the corner from Ben Thanh Market Got the connecting room enough to fit for 4 adults which has 2 bathrooms and 1 window - nice decor and clean. Complimentary phone charges and stuff we could rent whilst staying at the hotel. Roof top bar/restaurant was very nice to hang out in at night, views were amazing - food menu looks very yummy! Def worth the money spent.

- Slow lifts, take forever when you are situated on 9th floor - buffet breakfast could do with a bit more stuff but nonetheless there is a pho station which was great for quick breakfast.
