The owner was absolutely wonderful and made sure I had everything I needed. It’s in a lovely quiet area but still a relatively short bike ride from Old Town or the beach (or a very quick Grab ride). The room and balcony were a great size and breakfast in the morning was always delicious. As a solo woman traveller it was also very comforting to know that the owner would notice if I didn’t show up for breakfast and would check in to make sure I was ok

Don’t expect a 5 star resort. It’s not perfect but certainly makes up for it in character. The pool looked a bit green when I was there but the beach is close by anyways Be sure to bring mosquito repellent

I loved staying here. It is such a peaceful place, immersed in nature. As a solo female traveler in my 30s, I found this place to be safe, relaxing, comfortable. It helps you disconnect and gives you a lot of privacy while sometimes meeting other travelers at breakfast. The pool is amazing, surrounded by papaya trees. Rooms are nice, spacious, simple but elegant, with floors in beautiful marble. I found it a very good price for the whole experience and for this reason I asked to stay 2 nights more than planned.

The structure could make a more explicit/objective price policy for what concerns extras (like bikes). Bikes are essential to go around. Prices are low, but often are included/free in other hotels nearby, so I believe this should be more clearly communicated.

This homestay was such a great find! A lovely place tucked away in the countryside amongst vegetable gardens and paddy fields. My room was clean and spacious, with all essentials provided- comfortable, big bed, large bath, fridge, AC. The views were out of this world, and I never got bored of looking at the sunrise each morning from my balcony. The homestay provided free bikes, so it was super convenient to ride into town (15 minutes) or to the beach (10 minutes). The breakfast was great. The salad came from the vegetable garden opposite so tasted really fresh. I would like to thank Nga and her family for taking such good care of me during my 5 week stay. Nothing was too much trouble, and I definitely felt very comfortable. I look forward to returning later this year!!

Superb places to visit the town of HOI HAN and the surrounding beaches. You can go to the beach or the city by bike (loaned free by the hotel) and you can relax at the hotel in the swimming pool during the hottest hours of the day. All in a pleasant setting thanks to the hotel's numerous green spaces.  Very clean room, well equipped, cold and hot water, spacious. Excellent and varied breakfast. But what makes us absolutely recommend coming here is for the kindness of the hosts. Always available, smiling, they do everything to make our stay more pleasant. 

Take the address from Google Map, that from Booking indicates a restaurant two streets next door.

The best place to stay in Hoi An. Amongst complete beauty and tranquility. The breakfast was super. The family is wonderful. The hospitality was outstanding. I appreciated being able to order meals on-site, make use of laundry service, and bicycles, taxi service and the pool. If you use Grab app to get there-the location is not accurate so use "maihomehoiann" instead otherwise it will drop you off to the other Osaka villa. I did not want to leave the room, it had a balcony and was so relaxing. I will be back someday!

I suggest applying a bug mesh screen on the windows and balcony doors.

Located easy distance from town as well as the beach (an Bang) right on the Tra Que vegetable gardens, property is situated in relaxing, beautiful green surroundings. Rooms with big free standing baths, good healthy breakfast, swimming pool, option to lunch/dine at premises, free bicycle use, motorbike hire & airport transfers. Daily thorough housekeeping thanks to Băy. Some shops/restaurants/cafe's (some of them offering cooking classes) around the gardens. Run by a helpful, friendly family... great personalized service. We most definitely will be coming back here.... already planning😉

Nga sure knows how to make you feel like family. She greets you everyday with a smile and checks in often to make sure you're happy. She even prepared breakfast for me one morning to have in my room when I was feeling unwell. The room is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of natural light. We also had a nice view of Vegetable Village from our balcony. The hotel is in a quiet location which made our stay here even more relaxing. We loved reading by the pool and jumping in when it got too hot. There's also bicycles to use for free. We loved cycling around the village in the late afternoon. There's free cold water refills in the reception area and a la carte breakfast where you can try something new each day. Nga was also kind enough to upgrade our room. We booked for 2 nights and ended up staying 5!

The location was beautiful in the fields, the pool was gorgeous too after a long day. The beds was comfortable and the room was cleaned each day. The bath was lovely as we hadn’t found a hotel with one for weeks! It’s pretty close to the town, only cost £0.71p on a grab bike to access. So close to the beach too. The whole family were really welcoming. Also super helpful booking trips - they booked our lantern making class and also trip to Hai Van Pass for way cheaper than we could find online. Truly would love to go back!

I am writing this review as more of a thank you to Nga and her family for such a wonderful stay. Firstly for the welcome and kindness we received. We felt relaxed and at home straight away. Nga was brilliant for giving us reccomendations and was just a really kind person to interact with. We were exhausted after a 13 hour overnight bus from Da Lat and Nga's husband came to pick us up from our bus which was brilliant. We also decided to have dinner at the villa one evening and wow what a highlight that was! The best vegetarian spring rolls we have ever had, such a beautiful meal prepared with love. We had breakfast included every day with our stay and it was delicious with lots of options to choose from. Grab scooters are easy to get into the town from the villa, if you need a grab car like we did, just walk 3 minutes to the main road as it's an easier place for them to pick up/drop off there. The free use of bikes is also available which is brilliant. We loved our stay and even extended it for two extra nights! I was unwell for one of the days and Nga was so lovely and kind and made sure I was feeling okay and had everything I needed. We would highly recommend Osaka Riverside Villa Hotel and definitely hope to return again in the future! Thank you Nga and family! Cam On.

A beautiful and peaceful place to stay. This is exactly what you are looking for in Bali! Reserve a room and you will not be disappointed!!! I recommend staying at least two nights and why not book for a week. The place is well designed and immaculately clean. Large rooms. Great air conditioning. Very comfortable mattress and bedding. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful outdoor bathroom where you can shower under the stars. The room and amenities are excellent but what makes this place special are the owners and the location. Wake up to a view of Mt Batukaru. Fall asleep to the music of insects. Watch the birds and dragonflies flying around the rice fields. Just sit and read a book watching the clouds float by. Take a walk through the rice fields or the nearby village. Such a peaceful setting with hosts that will look after you to make sure that you have a comfortable and memorable stay. Other scenic locations are under a 40 minute drive from your accommodations and easy for day trips…Jatiluwih Rice Terraces, several beautiful black sand beaches, and beautiful waterfalls.
