What an amazing hotel and fantastic staff. Suberb location next to Victoria Falls. Zebra and Giraffe walking in the grounds.

Unauthorised accommodation charges to my credit card and made me to have to produce evidence and submit a claim form! They have been very responsive but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. Cost for Airport transfers is extortionate. I would advise you to use other transfer companies and not the hotels transfer services.

Everything! The properly is an absolute dream, seeing animals around the property was absolutely magical, the staff was amazing, so helpful, attentive, friendly, caring, … I can’t say enough about it. The room was so spacious and nice, the bed was so comfortable and the bathroom has a very nice size. Common areas are so nice and the food was on point every single meal. I can’t wait to be back, it was the best time and this place made it absolutely wonderful.

Spectacular view over the Zambezi river with the mist of the falls in the distance. Within a short, safe walk to the falls. Super helpful and friendly staff who are obviously very well trained. Loved the Zebras, Impalas and Giraffe calmly walking around the property. Bed was super comfortable and the room spotless with a stunning view.

In general the food was good but not the greatest we've had but then we didn't go there for the food. For the price you pay to stay it would'nt hurt to offer a simple dinner included in your package. Most of the wines offered were way over priced and mostly imported from RSA. However having said this I would still stay here again as all in all it was AMAZING.

The hotel is truly amazing, the elegant colonial style, with the calm athmosphere is incredible. The staff is nice above everything, and of course the amazing parts are the wildlife in the garden and the connection to the Victoria Falls. It is out of question the best Hotel when you are about to visit the Victoria Falls!

We had a little misunderstanding at check out with the taxi order, so we had to pay for it twice.

The location is the best for visiting the waterfall. A large area where various wild animals live. Zebras, giraffes, antelopes, monkeys, birds. And all this on the banks of the Zambezi River. A wonderful bar where you can meet the sunset.

The hotel already requires renovation. For this kind of money, I would like to get something better. The Wi-Fi works very poorly and is unstable.

In a beautiful location next to the Zambezi river. Zebras and giraffes wandering the grounds. Hotel residents have free access to the national park where you can walk along a path with excellent view of Victoria falls. We stayed in February and the falls on the Zambia side were very impressive and although it was misty this didn’t obscure the views.

Was expensive to stay but was a beautiful hotel

Being treated like a truely valued and important Guest. Every request we had, was met, and staff went out of their way to make sure they try get things done for you.

Honestly, the Boma Experience was not for us. Overpriced and Under delivered. Even the food was inadequate in terms of quantities.

Fine dining offer could do with some more ambition.

Absolutely stunning location and a very traditional hotel. We loved the wild animals on the hotel grounds and the easy walk to see the falls.

There was no moskito net in the room as shown on pictures. Luckily the hotel had one we could use. There were quite some moskitos in the room after the staff made up the room for the night.

The breakfast was excellent The location just next to the falls and the activities organized by the hotel were amazing. The personnel, the musical band, the service as a whole were perfect

Except for the breakfasts and the private dinner under the Monkey tree that we had, we found the food being a bit less brilliant comparing to the general level of everything
