I loved the location and that it is a new property and project it has all the amenities. Great for family

I feel the way to reach to the location is very confusing as the reception is at the basement parking and most taxi drivers get confused . If you have a long stay then this is not an issue but hopefully they sort this out soon . Hotel staff is very supportive and can book cab for you

I loved the luxurious finish of the apartments, the amply stocked kitchen with cooking tools/equipment, everything you may need. I loved the spaciousness of the entire apartment.

Our TV wasn't working, and when we asked to fix it, we were promised an IT guy to come but he never arrived. Im also not a fan of the "shared" toilet/washroom. The bedroom should have a bathroom of it's own, separate from what guests might use. Lastly, the buffet was okay, but for a 5 star property, it was pretty dismal, in comparison to many 5 star hotel breakfasts in Dubai I've experienced personally.

Brand new and extra clean property near the airport. The apartment is hyper clean and very well equipped

To reach to the hotel you must go through the tunnel of the creek jewel. The security in the tunnel will stop you every in and out to ask you if you are resident. I suggest to have parking from the hotel that can be hanged to avoid such encounters.

I was a very nice stay. Spacious apartment , quiet , clean and equipped with all that you might need.

Hotel is new, all facilities are very well designed, convenient. Has everything you need as an apartment. The best part is the hotel team, they make you a pleasure stay.

Since area around is under development, difficult to find hotel as Taxi, of food delivery.

Everything else was as per expectation if not exceeding them. The facilities were clean, cosy and homely, the staff attentive, friendly and very professional, and the views from my 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the creek were spectacular especially during new year with the fire works display from Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Frame visible.

There was a little inconvenience in having to access the reception via B3. Most taxi drivers would do their drop offs at Mareiot Marquis reception from where I would have to use a baggy to the Hilton main reception. Small inconvenience but not a big deal

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The view was fantastic room is very spacious and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. They surprised us with a beautifully decorated room, completed with balloons and towel cake which made my daughter's 1st birthday even more memorable. Receptionist were also very accommodating (forgot to ask the name) allowing us to check in early and enjoy a late check-out. We truly appreciated their hospitality <3 Highly recommend for a family getaway!!!

The location was a bit crazy. It was in Basement 3 from there the staff will welcome you and informed you to go at the reception.

Love the high end and quality of the residence over all,the apartmen,management,location,friendly and high professional team..Riki,Shuren,all the staff I met at the reception and restaurant are really nice and helpful,specially when I had the incident that they organized the ambulance to save me..Am thanking everyone for their support and help,they saved my life..definitely will come back and recommend my circle to You/Hilton @Jewel Creek.
