I liked the location, the room size, and the fact that everything you need is nearby, the cleaning lady comes every day and asks you if you need anything

What I didn't like is how they interact with you I can understand that there are some language barriers, but that doesn't explain why they don't try to make you satisfied with your stay, I had an AC problem and they told me they can't change my room and they can't do anything about it which was really strange

The room was okay. You get what you pay for. But i recommend. The breakfast was good from 7 am till 11 am. The room had a balcony which is nice

The shower leaks water all over the floor, so we had to put towels on the floor. We checked in at 11pm. There was no one at the reception. There was just a note, that they will be back in 5mins with a number that you cannot call via whatsapp. We decided to go book another room in another hotel nearby & we found out that the receptionist works at both hotels at the same time so sometimes she leaves.

there was Camolmile tea with the kettle but no coffee sachets ( I dont drink tea) so some 2 or 3 in one coffee sachets would have been a plus. No clear explanation how to get electric in room. Never knew needed to slot keycard in a device near the door until asked at reception. Couldnt book in early even though I asked if possible as coach had me in sofia at 10am and been travelling since 5am

Good location and price. Kettle with tea and coffee was available in the room, which is perfect for that kind of weather. Spacious bed.

Blanket was not very clean. It was a bit cold in the room - heating could have worked better.

The location was key for me. It was so easy to get to and from the Central Bus Station. The host directed me to a delightful restaurant. I slept well in the comfortable bed and left early for the bus.

A spacious room with a lot of furniture, good large bathroom with a lot of bathroom accessories. Probably best furnished room I had for this price. Good location near central bus station.

Wifi was practically dead, websites were loading for several minutes, connection was breaking.

The room is designed in dark brown tones with an old-school hotel rooms vibe. With all the lights on, the room is quite dark. Clean bathroom with shower cabin where there is enough space . A wide spacious bed of two beds pushed together, occupies a large space in the room. Our room had an armchair, a small closet, a desk and a very small balcony. It seems that the room is not new. You can always contact the hotel staff for help if you need it.

Convenient to Bus and Train Station only 5 mins walk...Hotel is small family type hotel and good value for money. I like to stay there when in Sofia as it is a nice location and not far from some nice restaurants..

The hot breakfast dishes were cold when I went for breakfast as it is laid out early and not replenished..but in general it was good value for money..

i liked the location: 6 min walk from the bus and to a wonderful restaurant. there’s also free parking 2 min walking distance.

There was hardly any communication through email/booking.com app. I tried to tell the owner that my bus wasn’t going to get there until after midnight but no response. i had no Bulgarian SIM card since I just came from North Macedonia. i told the owner this but still no response. luckily a hotel guest heard me knocking and let me inside the lobby so I could get at least get the WiFi password to call someone from WhatsApp to have them call the owner to let me in my hotel room.
