Great location. Right next to Antwerp Central Station and just around the corner from De Keyserlei, where you can shop and eat. It’s only a 20-30 minute walk into the Old Town from the hotel. The hotel was very clean with a huge bed, complimentary tea, coffee and water, and very welcoming staff at the reception desk. I asked for a quiet room so I had absolutely no noise problems. Very good value for money.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Very well managed, efficient, clean, perfect location right in front of central station yet so quiet. We were able to leave our luggages as early check in was not available. Appreciated the infused water at the front. We did not have breakfast at the hotel. I would not hesitate to book this one again.

We chose not to have our room serviced for 2 nights for free drink vouchers but we did not receive this. It would be good to have an option of some chocolate instead of wine/beer/soft drinks... Other hotels in Belgium were leaving a little piece of chocolate in the room, that would be appreciated.

Perfect location if you arrive by train. The hotel in itself was absolutely lovely. I had asked if there was a chance to get a more accessible room and the room they gave me was perfect, being that I am disabled with mobilty issues. The room was big and spacious, the bed ditto and it had a wetroom which was much appreciated. The staff was very lovely and welcoming, letting me know everything important. The hotel itself is in a very good place for anyone who wants to explore Antwerp. I've been to Antwerp before, first time in this hotel and it is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in.

The photos shown on booking.com are very accurate. This is a really lovely, fresh hotel. I travel a lot, and there's always a little niggle about the room layout, but I think they have got it pretty perfect here. Lots of mirror options, raised cupboards to keep cases under, good desk and chair for working, great toilet rolls (!) and really comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast was fantastic - with options for everyone. The bar was lovely, good cocktails and all the staff were great. Such good value for money I'd be tempted to return to Antwerp just to stay here!

The overpowering Reed diffusers wafting everywhere downstairs - for me, that was the only thing that spoiled it. Oh, and the fire alarm going off unexpectedly at 6.20 am.....luckily for me my alarm was due to go off at 6.30 anyway.

Beautiful hotel with the most comfortable beds and incredible breakfast. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The hotel is a stones throw from the train station where we parked our car and was easily accessible. We really enjoyed our stay and will most definitely return.

The only disappointment we had was the issue of no room service. We had a long day of travelling by car from Poland and wanted to relax in our hotel room rather than dine in the restaurant. The hotel clearly states that they offer room service but they didn’t. I did place an order for food but had to collect it myself from the bar next to reception. Considering the price of the hotel, room service should definitely be offered.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a nice variety of fresh and tasty options. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and thoughtfully decorated, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. Our room was clean and comfortable and was perfect for a relaxing stay.

The lift was unreliable at times. It required a room key to operate, but it occasionally failed to register, and we were even stuck inside for a few minutes until someone called it from another floor. Additionally, the TV in the room wasn’t working. Although the room was clean, we noticed some hair on the bed.

Excellent location just opposite the Central Train Station. Despite the proximity to the station we had no noise whatsoever. The room was very well appointed, roomy and well lit. The staff were very efficient and helpful. The breakfast was superb and the breakfast area was really nice and bright. Try the "welcome" jellies at the reception area - really tasty.

This is one of the easiest reviews I have ever written. This hotel is a clean 10/10 and I am very pretentious in my assessment to give a 10. Spectacular rooms - quiet, noise isolated, tidy, clean, spacious, comfortable. Bathroom - excellent too. The facilities are great, the staff is very competent, polite, friendly and helpful. The location is unbeatable - secure but also directly across an entrance to the Antwerp Central Railway Station. The breakfast was super high quality, excellent quality ingredients, very diverse and rich and it had also great vegetarian options as well as good options for the meat lovers. Everything in this hotel was absolutely perfect and for the money they charge, it is an absolute steal - an incredible value for money. I cannot recommend it enough!

Honestly, absolutely nothing. This hotel is perfect, nothing to criticise!

Room was well-stocked with everything one could need and spotlessly clean, which is always appreciated. Location was convenient for the train station and city center.

There were different size pillows offered but every one of them was the thick overstuffed type that is not comfortable for anyone who doesn't sleep on their back. Different types of pillows would have been preferable, rather than just sizes. Due to proximity to the train station, some noise is unavoidable if you're on that side, which is the trade-off for the convenient location.

I chose this hotel because it is ideally located if you have to go to a concert at the Sport Palais, as it is close to the metro which takes you directly there. It is also ideally located next to Antwerp Central Station. Our stay was for one night, the room was a little smaller than I expected, but...when we returned from the concert they had left a note on the door of the room inviting us to breakfast for the inconvenience. I really did not complain about the room, but this detail of going ahead and achieving, thanks to that invitation, a great experience for the client, is what distinguishes a good hotel. Of course the breakfast is totally recommendable, not only for the atmosphere, the breakfast room is beautiful, but for the great quality of the buffet, there was something for all options and tastes, really a great experience. As a Spaniard I always recommend the NH chain, since we take quality in accommodation and hospitality very seriously. Thank you very much, a good experience and highly recommended.
