After checked-in, my room was on the third floor. Soon after moving in, I noticed that there was some dirt stuck to the carpet. I tried to remove the dirt but it was impossible. I then told the staff in the lobby and showed the pictures of the dirt I had made. Then the lady arranged another room for me on the fourth floor and I was able to move into that room immediately. The room has been newly renovated and equipped with new floors. There was a kettle in the room, which I found very practical. I also appreciated the coffee sticks and the tea bags. There was a free bottle of water in the room.

If it's possible, please the room on the third floor should be only rented to anybody after renovation. All other services were good.

Good hotel, clean rooms, secure garage with a lot of parking spaces.

We had huge problems to reach it, because some streets leading to the hotel were closed. So, you must have some luck to reach it by car. Also be careful, they charge tourist tax separately, so the final price is a bit higher than you might expect.

The room was spacious, and the bathroom was very nice and clean. The city centre was also not far away from the hotel, and the staff was accommodating and friendly.

The breakfast doesn't have many choices.

Good location 10 minute walk from some excellent cafes and bars, and the town centre. Fairly quiet neighbourhood. Very quiet room, with good shower. Good WiFi throughout. Very helpful and polite staff. Good car park and reasonably priced.

Bed on the firm side. No real TV options with almost all channels in German/German dubbed.

The room was great with a good shower and comfortable bed and most importantly air conditioning. The breakfast was fine too plenty of choice.

Nothing I didn't like although the car park is not the easiest to get in or out on a motorbike.

Good-sized comfortable room. Very good buffet breakfast with a wide and varied choice, but expensive @ 20 Euro. Location OK a few minutes walk from the Altes Rathaus and Paradeplatz in the centre of town.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The bathroom has the essential products you need. Breakfast is very good! A lot of choice. Enough parking space under the hotel.

It would be nice if there was a little refrigerator in the room. The chairs in the restaurant were more for lounging than for eating a dinner at a table.

The shower temperature was not stable. I would have preferred more cupboard space

The hotel is well situated in Mannheim, with several restaurants and bars close by for the evening. The rooms are nice and very clean. There is onsite car parking underground and there were always spaces available during our stay.

Although there is onsite car parking the rate is high at €18 per night even for hotel guests. Depending on your travel plans whilst in Mannheim it will likely be cheaper to use the train and taxis than leave your car if you are spending several nights in the area.

Plenty of parking spaces in the underground garage, walkable distance to town centre, clean rooms.

The exit from the garage is a bit narrow.
