The staff were kind, helpful to fix problems as they arose. Empathetic and flexible with check out times and the bicycle. Always kind and smiling. Helpful with keeping bags after checkout. The room was clean, modern and the breakfast was plenty with nice coffee ☕️

There were no towels so the staff member had to leave his job to help me. no 🧻 toilet paper, the WiFi code given was incorrect, the shower 🚿 was leaning towards one side and the toilet seat was broken. So was the kitchen sink tap 🚰 maintenance 👩‍🔧 of the place is obviously minimal and they depend a lot on the staff. The computer 🖥️ of the staff member was broken and he could not log in to do his job! The staff could not see easily I had breakfast booked so they asked me to pay, which is a problem of the system not of people behind the computer, dealing with poor UX for employees.

Good location, easy to get to by car (parking is free on surrounding roads), clean rooms, good shower, sociable atmosphere (even had a tattoo studio in the foyer!)

Party every evening on the roof terrace until midnight, very loud music and heavy bass so you can’t escape it, ok for us for a night but not every night. Bathroom was very small, couldn’t turn around if the door is closed, but shower was good. Nice views from the room

It was an unexpected set up for a hotel. The reception was a few levels up, as well as a bar and restaurant, and the rooms opened onto a wrap around balcony with virtually 360 deg views of the town and mountains. I loved the casual atmosphere and being able to use the kitchen. The staff were always super nice. We arrived well before check in time and it wasn't an issue.

The room was a bit cramped, and bathroom was small, but okay as we didn't stay there much during the day.

The place is nicely located for railway backpackers. It was clean and quiet. (The street in front of the window was closed for construction, not sure how much traffic there is when it's open.) Padlocks are available for a deposit, towels for rent. At your bed you have a little shelf and electric outlets. The toilet and shower were clean. The hostel has a nice terrace to watch the trains.

I staid in a 6 bed dorm. If 6 backpackers were to pack at the same time it would get very tight. There are no hooks and not much space for cloathes, so you have to put most into your locker or your bed, which could be inconvenient if you arrive wet. Luckily I had no wet cloathes, the dorm was not full, and people left at different times, so it went all very well in my case.

it’s complicated to us kitchen in the morning, because it’s also the place, where the breakfast is served breakfast is pretty miserable for 7 € with just sweet stuff: jam, sweet pastries, also bread, croissants, but no cheese or ham at least the rooms on the first level are getting very hot during the day and one window is not enough to get cool air during the night, so it stays hot

First of all, it's located right next to the train station and from there it's a 10mn walk to the city center. Even though I stayed for only one night, I still very much liked this hostel and would happily return. My bed (in a dorm) was really comfortable - fancy hotel quality mattress and sheets! I liked that the edges were elevated a bit and there was a curtain, so I was like in my own pod, and enjoyed good privacy. In the "pod" there was a recess with a socket, USB ports, reading light (that didn't blind you) and small space for my items like phone and wallet. Room was clean, as was the toilet and shower in it! The common area seemed nice, with a good selection of good board games (not just a card game and an ancient monopoly junior, but actual strategy games as well) and books. It's a bit confusing where the line between the restaurant/bar and common area goes. There's a shared kitchen, but all the tables are also for the restaurant guests so I felt weird sitting there with my own food.

The only negative thing was the lack of soap for washing hands... There was a bar of soap at one point but then it just disappeared, so maybe it's not the hostels fault. The receptionist didn't speak very good English, but was very friendly and he even used a translator app to translate some things he wanted to say and their menu for example in Finnish for me (even though I very well understand English).

Good range of craft beer and home-baked pizza. We initially tried to eat out but found the facilities in the hotel were more than adequate. The decor is cool, clean and visually pleasing. Unfortunately we had our car broken into on the street outside (we should have made use of the underground parking). The staff were very helpful

Our car was broken into. The hotel did offer underground parking but for convenience we parked in the street. I would recommend making use of the private parking offered by the hotel!

Nice private beds, great for a group trip to Clermont. We went hiking nearby, so the proximity to the bus station was very useful to get to our location. Also a nice communal area, with board games and foosball.

Bedroom was very warm at night.

The reception/restaurant is very welcoming with a really funky design. Breakfast was wonderful and we also had a delicious evening meal. Great atmosphere with lots of people eating there. The rooms were small but very clean, well designed and comfortable . Staff were friendly.

We arrived an hour early and were very tired and it would have been a nice bonus to check in a little early. But understand it's not always possible. We were grateful for the luggage storage and a nice place to sit while we waited

All staff friendly, better than some expensive hotels I've stayed in. Love pizza and drinks on the terrese and games in the bar in the evening. Room comfortable for a short stay.

A few things in room could do with fixing, sliding door, toilet seat but no big issue.
