The japanese room is one of a kind experience with the wooden tub.

The hotel is quite dark. Shuttle vans loiter in the drop off area making it difficult for guests to use the drop off and the lobby guards do not do anything about it.

We stayed here on the final night of our honeymoon in the Philippines before our long haul flight back home. The hotel is beautiful and is in an excellent location close to NAIA Terminal 3. We stayed in the Palace Suite and it is easily one of the nicest hotel rooms we've ever stayed in. Super comfortable, huge bed, and gorgeous modern room. The amenities in the hotel are fantastic. We also made use of the rooftop pool area and spa facilities (sauna, steam room) and all the facilities are great.

All the food we had at the hotel was fantastic, however, we did feel the breakfast and dinner buffet was quite expensive.

Big rooms, big restaurant and reception area, clean, polite staff. Nice pool, great gym, great inside lounge pool, nice changing rooms. Concierge was ok and helpful. Enough things to do and shop nearby, from casino to shopping mall and food places.

For two nights in a row bedroom was not made up until 5pm and had to call maid service and they apologized. Breakfast, lunch and dinner could be much better and much more simple with European and American food options. Too many Asian food that most people do not eat for breakfast. Had brought Starbucks coffee in the pool and we were charged with a coffee price (!!) because we did not buy from them a coffee they could not make! In the pool, the aircraft fuel smell (airport nearby) was there everyday. Humidity smell in every room makes it a bit uncomfortable until you get used to it.

The spaciousness of the suite, huge, like a house. Living room had a grand piano, curtains were all pushbutton operated. Two fantastic bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, every amenity you could wish for. King bed was very comfortable. Room was quiet. 3 tv’s, but it was a little awkward having to use 2 separate remotes to get the tv to work, but the staff helped us with that. Went to a concert at the Newport Performing Arts Theatre and it was an elevator ride and short walk from the room, everything was connected. It couldn’t have been better. Very pleased with every aspect of this one night stay. Location within sight of the Airport Terminal 3. Breakfast buffet was beyond words, too much to describe with tremendous and varied offerings for every pallet. If you stay here, ensure to get the breakfast included with your stay, you will be happy.

Stayed here overnight for next day flight connection. Next to the airport. Its above Newport World Resorts. You can take the lift directly down to the mall. Very nice Japanese themed hotel. My wife and I were travelling with our 1 yo son. All the staff were very friendly with him. One of the staff even helped my wife change his nappy in the dining toilets. Everyone was generally very nice. We had a late flight the next day and they allowed us late checkout which was really good.

There was a strong air freshner smell throughout the hallways and common areas and malls. Maybe from the casinos?

What an amazing place! We had the Deluxe room and the experience was perfect, very classy. Personnel is professional and helpful, and the cuisine is at its very least splendid. The shoppingmall on the second floor is a real treat. It is nice you don't have to leave the building for such a premium facility.

Well overall the whole experience was very positive, but i can not get over the fact a luxury hotel like this, has no decent smooking room. I can imagine loads of highclass people with a refined taste for cigars are visiting this establishment the whole year through. So i fail to understand why we have to smoke in an obscure corner in the casino.

Its a quality hotel with staff that tries to be as helpful as possible, though the hotel management seems to have left their crew undermanned at times for anciallary services like laundry. Hotel buffet was quite up to standard, and the room size for the room I had was top of the class in size and fittings. The hotel was linked to a casino and mall complex that made everything convenient (or as convenient as it can be in MNL).

Location is convenient if you are in Manila for gambling or just for a couple of days since it is close to the airport. Great breakfast and the dinner buffet was excellent - great choices.

There is no shopping malls nearby the hotel and with the traffic in Manila going to Makati where almost all the malls are is about 1.5 hr ride. There is no plug for the hair dryer or curling iron in the bathroom; the staff advice me to use the plug by the bed - the issue with this is that there is no mirror by or around the bed. NOT WOMAN FRIENDLY.

When we enter, the hotel smells really nice already. everythings clean and very japanese. Reminds you of nature and peace. I really like the interior of the hotel. Our room smells nice and clean. Its very spacious and maximized the room setup. i like that the toilet is separated from the bath and there is like a walk in closet in between with a big whole mirror. There is also a couch and table where we can eat and its not crowded at all. You have a lot of space going around. Really nice. The toilet have heated seats which we liked so much and the bathroom makes me feel im in a japanese private bath house and we have experienced the wooden bathtub where we filled it with warm water. Water doesnt easily get cold and you can enjoy a long warm deep in it. The bed is big and across it is a tv where you can get all info you need going around the whole place, your bill, tv channels, even the lights and aircon controls. Very high tech. I also have our room setup because its our anniversarry and they never failed me. We both really love what they've done. They also gave us a small matcha cake and it was delicious!
