Very quiet room with double glass to block out traffic and airplane noise. Great bed, bathroom and shower.

After organizing a wake up call the night before, I received no early call. ,Fortunately, my phone alarm woke me. There is a large television but too complicated to use all of the countless features. Simple directions would have been nice.

Good for a layover between flights. Safe and convenient location close to shopping mall and eateries. Helpful staff and airport shuttle.

Shower hot water a bit cool for me, but minor point! Perhaps two bottles of water rather than one.

Convenience stop for doing laundry, having a (unfortunately) cold shower and a comfy large bed. The area immediate proximity is safe in a guarded business area with lots of cafés and bistros.

No hot water. Staff didn't manage to prepare a Vegetarian breakfast for take away although confirmed the night before

Liked the king bed and large size of the room; the reception staff and most of the restaurant staff I encountered were so nice and welcoming. The lunch buffet options were plentiful and breakfast was decent. Easy, quick check-in. Free airport shuttle once an hour.

Couldn’t figure out how to control AC in the room.

Well, although Bogota has generally a lower chilly and fresh temperures the room needed A/C working or some Celing fan. Right now it's kind summer and inside of the room were kind hot

Very clean and comfortable room and hotel. Good food in the restaurant . Offer to go breakfast if your flight Is before breakfast opens at 6. Free shuttle too and from the airport. Great value.

Everything was great for an airport hotel

Proximity with the airport, clean room, sound proof windows so you don’t listen the airplanes and free van to come and go from the airport. Fitness area is also clean and all equipments working properly. Breakfast has several options. Neighborhood is safe compared with other areas in the city and a Huge shopping center is a 5 min walking where you can find all the type of food you need.

I didn’t like waiting at the airport for the bus. I was there for around 30 minutes waiting . He just past through….and he did not stop. Or maybe he was parked at the other side. Anyway, I would like clarification of the place where they use to park . Because the place is so big and there are so many cars and people waiting to get to the hotel.

It is a nice hotel, with very cool sharing places and good breakfast. Room was spacious and very comfortable beds. Very quick and efficient transport to the airport, only 10minutes.

We found the light in the room at night very insufficient. There was only 2 small bed side table lamps and no other light bulb.
