Warm welcome hotel and good English speaking reception. It is flexible and give good advices. Breakfast is also good and I like this green drink they have it there. I liked balcony in the room very much- very good relax area. Rooms, reception and everything looks great.

May be wish it could be closer to park 93, but actually uber is not expensive. it would be better if access to hotel for cars would not be limited, so would be no need to wait for uber in street, but could wat at reception. This would avoid rainy time waiting.

breakfast is great, location is great. This is my first choice for hotels when staying in Bogota.

Getting a room where the door battery for the card locking system went out was a bit unfortunate upon arrival but it was fixed on Monday. I think for things like this, the maintenance team needs to be available 24x7, not just weekdays, as we could have been locked out of our room with our things still inside, which would have been unacceptable. We got lucky that the door opened one more time before the battery died completely.

The hotel is in a very good and safe location. The room is quite big. The breakfast is phenomenal and with a great selection of natural juices. Definitely the best thing about this hotel is the staff who are very kind, approachable and helpful.

The bathroom could be cleaned better and should be cleaned every day.

Poor wifi coverage in room 612A. Couldn't use the desk for internet access, had to move to refrigerator by the door.

Great location in the financial district. Safe with lots of trendy restaurants within walking distance. Massive rooms with mountain views and city scapes.

It’s far from the vibey neighbourhoods so you’ll need to Uber everywhere for sightseeing. Uber is very affordable.

Great hotel for a short stay during a work trip. Staff were attentive, room was spacious, wifi worked fine, good shower and breakfast. Could have dinner at the hotel, which is perfect during work trips. Would come back.
