The breakfast is awesome, good bread, good fruits, and everything was awesome. The room is a nice place with a good view. It is near the bus station that you can reach in 5 minutes walking. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice to stay

The location is not the best if you want to have fun. There are not too many restaurants (I believe none), or bars, or stores, or whatsoever, you need to grab a bus and go to the city if you need anything. The bus service is not that good, around 30 mins waiting

It was modern and clean, had a nice atnosphere.

The entrance and the parking. The parking fee was 15 EUR per night and just within 5 minutes walk there is a huge Park&Ride facility for 6 Eur per day, 6.30 per day if you go to the city centre with the public transport. The Hotel parking area was also large but empty. So it should be max 8-9 Eur per day (or even lower), or somehow included in room price, so that the guests do not go to P&R and are more confortable and also the hotel will make more money from the parking.

This was a modern chain hotel but great room and excellent bathroom all of which was very clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. there is public transport close by. The breakfast was ample with a good variety of food

There was no proper pedestrian access it has been designed for business people arriving by car. The restaurant is only ready meals prepared by reception staff.

The room was spacious and quite clean. The price is less than other hotels and includes breakfast. Breakfast was okay, a bit basic, but enough to kickstart the day. You can store luggage and use the toilets after check-out. The location is quiet, not in city centre but is well connected with 2 bus stops.

It was confusing to find the entrance of the hotel when I arrived, lots of doors and stairs everywhere. Although the room was clean, there was some faint unpleasant smell at one side of the bed. The bed was not very comfortable as well. Also, they don't have adapters at the reception, or they rather have the wrong type (not suitable for EU socket). So, don't forget to pack yours!

Easy to find. The garage had a height limit of 1.9m so we thought we'd have trouble with our roof box at 2.2m, but we just about got in without any scrapes. Reception was lovely: friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit too far from Utrecht centre to walk, but the bus is close and easy to use. The shower had excellent flow rate and was spacious. Breakfast was great.

For some reason the bed gave me problems - my right arm went numb more than once.

Breakfast was very good and served in a lovely setting. A bit out of the city but not a problem as very frequent bus service only takes 10 min to the centre of Utrecht. Found the location lovely and quiet and perfect to return to after a busy day. Comfy, very clean room, conducive to great sleeps. Great place

Perhaps some bar food to be more available in the evenings.

Everything were fine, but wanted to specially mention about the Staffs, extremely good. When we arrived it was Stella who attended us. Very nice communication, taken care of all our requirements in a crisis situation when the restaurant was closed and Easter Monday holiday was there. As one of my child was a special child we were really concerned but everything went good, the child liked the room and the beds and could have a sound sleep. Milan was also there and was also very nice to answer everything we asked. Next morning it was Amara and she was also nice, cordial and smiling.

Nothing I can remember, the area was business area so naturally we cannot expect a facility like downtime but we had a walk around the place and reached the river. There was a temporary market nearby we could able to visit.

The building was very modern. The bed and pillows where so comfortable. Was like sleeping on air. The bathroom (shower room) was large and had plenty of hot water. The reception staff where excellent, I didn’t catch their names, but they where “up for a laugh”. The bus stop was less than a 5 minute walk, no 102 or 107 takes you Utrecht Central We would definitely stay again 😁

Room was a little smaller than I thought, but it was ok. Not enough clothes hanger space. I don’t understand why the cleaning staff only leave 2 teabags, 2 sugars and 2 coffee sachets! I know they get replenished, but just 2? The only other negative, we had to check out a day earlier than expected, (due to personal reasons), but due to booking the hotel through booking.com, they wouldn’t refund that one night stay

I liked the spacious room, comfortable bed, and breakfast. Hand/body cream and slippers could've been provided upon request. The room can be cleaned better after daily use. For instance my used cup wasn't replaced and it didn't seem like they removed the dust properly from wall decors and the floor. Better tea and coffee options can be provided in the rooms as well.

Everything was just as expected. Parts of the room were a bit dated, but everything was perfectly clean and the staff were absolutely wonderful. Breakfast was decent, and they had really nice looking pizzas in the evening! Parking was also a breeze. We would surely stay here again!
