Room was as seen on pictures. To be honest, I was scared that there might be bed bugs as I read other's experience. Thankfully, there was none. And the room was actually quite clean. I like taking public transpo, so it was great that the hotel was a few steps away from a bus stop.

I sometimes hear footsteps from the upper floor, although it wasn't that bad as I still was able to sleep.

Location was really nice; I felt in security and the room was pretty cozy and clean.

There were no transparent curtains… I couldn’t let natural light inside unfortunately because, I wouldn’t have had no privacy then. Also, the coffee machine was pretty dirty so I didn’t drink from it. Finally check in at 3pm is too late :/

Everything was super comfortable. Staff were great. Close enough to most sites in the city so it's walkable.

The area around the place is rough, only kept to main roads with other people as all the surrounding side streets were sketchy.

Just right to stay for one night. Free parking, ample lot. and also staff allowed to leave my car at the parking till 2 p.m., basically till I finished my business and was ready to drive home.

The customer service was nice, I like the guy who served us at the front desk and the shower and toilet are separate

The bed sheet was dirty and the towel too but overall other stuff is nice

I liked the fact that the gentlemen at the front desk especially Sam were nice and made us feel welcome.

I didn't like the fact that I could smell the smoke of ganja. There were no variety in the breakfast they served and I graded the wifi service 4/10

Property offers free parking and free to-go breakfast with your stay. It's nothing fancy but honestly, the bed was really comfortable which was surprising for a motel. I've stayed in others where the bed was sunken in the middle, but this one wasn't. About 15-20min walking distance from parliament hill. Overall it was fairly clean, no sign of any bed bugs in the bed which I inspect every time I stay somewhere.

The carpets in the bedroom are old, and have a musty smell to them, not the cleanest floor but expected for a motel in my opinion and not the end of the world for me. My room was right beside the stairwell, so it got loud at times but nothing too crazy.

I liked how easy it was to book everything online and when I arrived to check in only took a few minutes to check in, no problems, an the people that helped me were very nice an answered any questions I had

When I got to my room there was a box of food still in the microwave from whom ever stayed there last. The free breakfeast was a juice box, yogurt an a muffin...I get that covid is a thing but would have liked alittle more then that...

I travelled just for one night and this worked out well. Comfy pillows and spacious room. It had a sofa and an extra table where I could use my laptop. I don't mind walking to places so I walked directly to ByWard market in the evening - it is a straight line.

My room was a bit hidden (which I don't mind) but it affected a bit the internet connection.

Our second stay here. The location is great, check in was quick, and the front desk agent was friendly and welcoming. The room was nice and clean, and the heating was good.

The hotel feels a little old and dated. Our room was missing a coffee maker. Breakfast could be better.
