I like being able to park right outside the room But that does mean going outside and around the building for breakfast . excellent breakfast but located on the second floor making it impossible for my husband get there as he can not do stairs. we requested a ground floor room but when we arrived were told they only had second floor available but they did some shuffuling and found us a room on the ground floor Very nice rooms and good beds tv and coffee maker both not working in our room but taken care of in a timely fashion except never got the TV volume to work

It would have been much better for us if the breakfast had been on the ground floor and would have liked to have the TV fixed

We found the breakfast. Excellent. The location was great courtyard and pool beautiful surroundings indoor pool and hot tub very nice. barbecues. We enjoyed barbecuing each evening.

Carrying our luggage up to the second floor, next time we will make sure and book on the main floor. Our room was not cleaned when we had booked it, but they rectified that quickly.

The property is very family friendly. At least 4 grills for families to use, tables and umbrellas on clean, fresh grass with a playground for children. We saw family reunions around the outdoor pool and the indoor pool and hot tub were great as well. Very clean grounds, pet friendly, lots of landscaping, water fountains & flowers. The breakfast is plentiful, and delicious. Five minute walk to the beach and large park.

the front desk staff, the breakfast staff and the maintenance staff made this place OUTSTANDING! Staff in each area was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Each staff member went out of their way in a very natural manner. Each was friendly, welcoming and kind. A very special commendation to this staff.

I loved the breakfast, lots of variety and super yummy. I liked how you could park so near your room as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The outside is well maintained.

The only thing that was definitely a turn off is that we didn't get house keeping not even once during our stay. And we were there for 4 days. So that was disappointing.

Great location,short walk to skaha lake. Lovely staff. Great family room with two bedrooms and complete kitchen. Pool has nice warm water. Coal bbq had everything you needed to start it. Breakfast was amazing.kiss loves the playground. Everything was really excellent well maintained and clean. Lots of towels in the rooms

Excellent Breakfast , friendly staff , indoor and outdoor pool, good quality linen and towels , we had a suite and there was a TV in both the bedroom and living room .Lots of hot water with a very good water pressure .

No elevator and the stairs were very steep .No grab bar in the tub shower , was unable to move the shower head and it sprayed on the far wall of the shower .

The room was super clean and spacious. The temperature was perfect when we entered the room. The courtyard was beautiful and the breakfast was amazing!

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. The blankets were very stiff and also not comfortable. There were also stains on the blankets but they are all white so it seems like it would be difficult to keep stains off anyway.

Everything was great, from breakfast with specialty coffee like ‘French vanilla’ to fresh fruits! Front desk staff (Alexis) was polite and very helpful and the staff at the breakfast was very nice too. We were given an unexpected update to the honeymoon suite which was beautiful and much appreciated. Will definitely return when we go that way!

Loved the layout, would be great for families with kids. Close to the lake yet tons on site to do as well. Staff were very friendly & helpful.

Having to cross double solid yellow lines to enter the property & how guests on either side parked over the white lines leaving my parking spot only fit for a motorcycle.
