Loved our stay here. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and quality bed linen. Large balcony with sea view. Incredible selection at breakfast which we really enjoyed. Good pool areas. Sea cloudy so didn't like to risk it in case there were jellyfish.

Some issues with service with was inconsistent. Few times, given a drinks or food menu and no one followed up so had to go to bar to chase. And food could take a very long time to be delivered. Waited over an hour at one point for some satay.

Super friendly staff at this resort hotel. Everyone from the breakfast chefs, servers, lifeguards was so polite and sweet. We only stayed for two nights after our five day trek so wanted to relax and it was perfect for this.

Please do something about the birds at the outdoor eateries. Whether it was the outdoor breakfast space or Joes grill, they were super aggressive and constantly landing on the table when you’re eating.

My favourite hotel in the world. Beautiful setting, great location, amazing staff, good food. Comfy beds. Breakfast buffet is incredibly varied with staff who are friendly. Sunset bar is idyllic, massages are to die for. Theres not a single thing I dont love about this place

Some other tourists were a bit rude but nothing to do with the hotel. Its a cultural issue

The marina and the ferry going directly to islands were the best part of the hotel.

Breakfast was good for the first two days. But, as more than it changed to a lot of Chinese menus to please Chinese guests. It was not good, not satisfactory. The private beach was not good at all, with disappointing quality.

Vast breakfast buffet was excellent, but would recommend to go earlier to avoid crowds. Rooms were very spacious and we were celebrating our honeymoon and staff made lovely touches to the room to welcome us! Amazing gym with lots of equipment and tennis and pickle ball courts. Spa was great too.

Hotel is a bit dated but well maintained.

The staffs are very welcoming and always ready to assist with anything. We had an AC issue and called front desk, within 5 mins staff came to resolve the issue. The kids facility is great, my child enjoyed the water slides very much. Breakfast options are excellent.

Can be a bit noisy and crowded as it’s quite busy.

Beautiful property that is well maintained and has excellent staff. Great facilities in a beautiful location. We loved the friendly relaxed vibe.

No fault of the hotel, but the pool is too warm!! Sadly so was the beach

The hotel is pricey as well as the restaurants. Furniture and the walls/buildings are a bit old.

Great and peaceful location, amazing personnel, we were taken for private check-in. During our week there everyone was super helpful! Would be going back for sure!
