Room was clean and like the idea they had really good black out curtains. Only thing that was odd didnt have tv guide on the room but other than that it was ok to me I be visiting this location again

There was nothing to not dislike they had great staff.

We were stuck in Charlotte due to our flight being cancelled and it was 2am and they accommodated us and came and picked us up. It could us some updating but it was clean and the bed was comfy. Staff was really kind especially the gentleman on the night desk shift. Really they save us from a night spent on the floor of the airport and we are so appreciative. We would definitely stay here again but after that experience, I think we will stay away from the Charlotte airport till they get their act together.

There really wasn’t much to complain about. I mean, the lamp shade needed changing and maybe they could hold breakfast open until 11am which is checkout instead of shutting it down at 10am but other than that…everything was great!!

I started learning people by name at this point. This is an amazing location. Yes people wander around the parking lot, but they mind their own and i met some pretty cool people

I did see a bug one night i stayed. Accidents happen, but id rather it not be my room.

like the location things around hotel to do alot of entertainment in the shopping center next to the hotel great relaxation time had no issues at all from arrival to end of stay/staff at front desk was great always going out of there way to help

Reasonable price, rooms were clean and staff was friendly. I had breakfast in the restaurant and the $8 price was reasonable, as well. It's an older facility but has been maintained well. Lightning in the room was kinda dim. Another plus was a fridge and microwave in my room.

Staff was very accommodating regarding parking. Hotel in general was very clean. Neiborhood felt safe.

No breakfast. Facility was outdated. It had worn carpet and such. Bed was comfortable though 😌.

Out of the three hotels this place offers. The clarion is the best for me. Plus the staff was amazing, and the resident food was gorgeous.

I didn’t like being in the 2nd floor though. I prefer third or higher

it was a good destination near everything. The restaurant was nice and housekeeping was very helpful.

The first room we got had mold and discoloration inside of it. A member of the staff had found us another room and we appreciated her help a lot. Did not catch her name but she was very respectful in helping us.

Rooms are a nice size. I like the fact that there's a microwave in each room. Friendly staff but high traffic area. Hotel is clean, although dated. I'm definitely going to book another stay in the future.

Didn't hate anything about the hotel.
