Breakfast , miss Pamala is amazing , feels like home

I loved the great customer service. As I walked in a woman by the name Christina made me feel so welcomed. She was so friendly and she made me feel so comfortable. I recommend your establishment recognize Christina's customer service excellence and loyalty that she displays. I work for a hospital and I do wish I had such great people as Christina. Thank you so much Christina for bring exceptional.

The front desk staff was wonderful... very friendly... very helpful. The kitchen staff was great... again, very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast food was better than normal as far as hotel breakfast food is concerned. We really appreciated the complimentary ice and water.

We really have no complaints. Our stay was very pleasant.

Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Room was good size.

We needed additional towels. Only 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels in the room. Bed was harder than I prefer with bottom sheet that was too small..I had to keep putting the bottom sheet back on the mattress every time I got up.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were fantastic. Breakfast was excellent. Easy to find on the I-40 service road. No road noise on the north side of the building. WiFi was adequate.

WiFi could certainly be better. After slow loading I ran speed test which showed less than 10mbps. Adequate but not great.

It was located close to our son’s place and the staff were very friendly. Great place for the price.

We were supposed to get the room cleaned every other day but that didn’t happen. We were able to get clean towels as needed.

King two-room suite was clean and spacious. Furnished with full-size fridge, microwave, dishwasher and two-burner stove top. We ate in and saved money. Enjoyed the sofa and large ottoman, so nice to put your feet up after a long day. Nice bedside lamps, comfortable bed and pillows. The wife loved the lighted bathroom mirror. Definitely recommend if you're in Amarillo.

The staff were amazing and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. They allowed us to park our motorbike at the door for security. The room was incredible with separate bedroom for an exceptional rate. Breakfast was great.

Absolutely nothing

Very clean and convenient. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. She greeted us with a smile. She was very accommodating. The room was outstanding. It was so nice I wish I could have stayed for more than just the one night.

Nothing

There’s not much I did not like about it except that when me and my partner ordered food, we had to go downstairs and get it when we wanted it to come to our door.
