You get what you pay for so I'm going to give an honest review. We paid a little over $400 for 3 nights. I could have stayed across the road for $1300 so in saying that we were happy with our room, it was clean and comfortable with a great bed. Do not expect the rooms to look good, they are extremely dated but as I said, you get what you pay for and we were happy with it. Having a 24hr laundry was very convenient. Rooms can be cleaned daily if you ask. Staff collect your rubbish outside each day and breakfast is good.

All in all I can't complain about anything based on the price of the room and our needs.

We always book at Quality Inn in Palatka because of the location and the pool area. Also, the hotel is pet friendly so we could take our cats with us. Front desk service is really wonderful and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast is not the best, however, it's not really a deal breaker since the location is very accessible to a lot of restaurants and convenience stores. If I would be nit picking, the juices were definitely watered down and their cups were very low in quality. My cup of coffee started leaking and by the time I got back to the room the cup is soaking wet.

I honestly loved everything about this place.

I did not like the fact that I was charged twice for the room. I informed an employee at the front desk what happened and she was very nice about the situation. I a was told I would receive a refund for the second charge. I am still waiting for the refund, hopefully within a day or two I will receive it.

My room was clean and the beds were actually comfortable. The screened in walkways were nice, and the pool was very clean. The free breakfast was great. The best part was the pancake machine, and the pancakes it made were pretty good.

There's not much we didn't like. If we had any complaints it would be that the room was on the slightly small side and there was no table to sit at, other than the computer desk. That did not really bother us much though.

Lovely place right alongside the river overlooking the Memorial road bridge with uninterrupted views. The bar & restaurant is really good also with great views. The food was nice, one member of our party has Celiac disease, the chef came out & spoke with us & prepare a meal separately even the cutlery was in its sealed packaging the staff where so helpful

We did get a slightly handicapped room. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were very supportive for my neck. The view of the river was beautiful. The staff was very helpful when the kitchen staff found my husband having a low sugar reaction. They responded quickly to his needs, fed him orange juice and a muffin, filled a plate for me, and brought him back to our room! We spoke to the person at the front desk when checked out. He explained there were many renovations going on throughout the hotel Beef O'Brady's is finally reopening next week, Too bad we will not be back there for a while! We will be coming back eventually for another stay. We will call first the next time.

There were no handicapped rooms available for me, There was only one bar to grab on to. My physical situation needs more bars to hang on to. The floor in the room was very dirty. The bottom of my white socks turned black, Plastic forks were not cleaned up from the last guest(s). The last guest in that room stole the remote to the television. We had to call the front desk to replace it, The cleaning staff threw out our leftover pizza by accident we had planned to eat after we went swimming in the pool.

Everything was clean, staff was super friendly, location was beautiful and very kid friendly. Beds and pillows were so comfy.

Free Breakfast was yucky. I was hoping for homemade waffles and bananas maybe bacon. Frozen eggs, sausage and old tasting potatoes every morning.

The hotel and staff was wonderful from checking in and throughout my stay. I found the room clean beyond my satisfaction and beds comfortable and the amenities were larger than I expected so it was overall a great location with beautiful river view and I will be staying with them again!

From the moment I walked in with my 4 children - ages 8, 6 and twin 4 yr olds, the clerk was so down to earth. My children were so EXCITED that we were there. That they were a bit louder than I would've liked but after I called to them to simmer down she said," mam, if you don't mind then we surely dont mind. We understand kids are kids and they can be loud and all over the place. No worries about us." As a single mother of 4 that had to be the most comforting thing I could've heard. She set the tone for my stay in a relax, comfortable state of mind rather than to be nervous and overwhelmed the whole time. For the first time in what seems like months did I relax. She signed me up for the choice program after caring enough by asking what brought us there and learning we would be back frequently. She was very upbeat and positive. Great person to be working your front desk. The room was incredible. Just what this single mama needed! It was two rooms made into one but one side being a living room area and the other the bedroom. The living area had a pull out sofa, nice desk, mini fridge, sink area, comfy chair, flat and screen tv. It was very spacious and nice to have that since of quiet time without being nervous of them doing something they should not be. The bedroom side was very spacious as well.

There was not anything I did not like. They have a beautiful view of the river, lush green grass, clean in the lobby, throughout the walk ways across all 3 buildings, the pool area was well kept and spacious, large rooms, 24 hr gym access, laundry area, vending & soda machines.

Everything! The room was big. Thare were the living room and the bedroom, two TV, two A/C, two sinks, fridge, microwave... The bed was very comfortable, king size. The room was clean. A lot of towels. We liked the swimming pool and the view from our room was super beautiful! The breakfast was nice, simple but exactly what we needed to.
