The staff (reception, restaurant, house) were genuine and very friendly and attentive - makes a huge difference for us when travelling. We arrived a bit late so it was convenient to dine in the restaurant. We were well looked after with great service, good food and reasonable prices - a refreshing change up! The room was comfortable and met our needs (family of three, one night). It was also very quiet, helping us to get some good sleep. Although it is a bit out of town, we had no trouble accessing the historic old town and historical sites. The old town is worth visiting.

The breakfast menu - could have had some simple options (e.g. cereal, toast, coffee - all we usually need). We have been overwhelmed by large cooked breakfasts! The other guests seemed to enjoy their breakfasts.

We really like that the person who checked is in FOUND OUR RESERVATION despite the fact that Bookings.com had inadvertently put it under my wife's middle name combined with our last.!! His name was Jacob. The accommodations were excellent in every respect. We also loved the breakfasts. Because of their excellent staff person, Jake, we will be returning in July for several days.

This inn is exceptional value for the money,the indoor pool was very clean and accessible. The rooms were large and well appointed. The wifi was top notch and the on-site restaurant was a pleasant surprise. I definitely intend to visit this hotel again on my way south to Carolina and Florida

I cannot think of anything negative to report in regard of my stay at the Winchester Holiday inn ,its a very nice and modern facility.

This property is brand new . I loved everything about it including the friendly staff . Having a restaurant and a bar is an extra bonus !

Parking lot was confusing and cramped due to the construction going on in the adjacent lot . No free breakfast offered. The pool was a little bit on the chilly side for an adult but my son Didn’t seem to mind once he got in

My daughter and I stayed at Holiday Inn Winchester when looking at colleges. It was conveniently located and parking was plentiful. The reception and restaurant staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was included and ordered from a menu rather than a buffet. We enjoyed the breakfast.

Actually we can not say anything against our accommodations from parking to elevator, exercise room and pool it’s was most welcomed

Location was great, right down the street from Costco. The option of having a sit down breakfast was exceptional. Food and wait staff were top notch. Food arrived surprisingly quickly!

The option of pillows. All were too soft. The AC filter had unpleasant odor so I turned it off. Ice on 3rd floor had black sediment in it. Didn't notice until next day when I went to drink my juice and also water.

I loved everything about this property. We were just looking for a clean comfortable place to stay while traveling through. We were pleasantly surprised by size and comfort of our room, the service and the quality of the food. We left there well rested, full and happy!

I thought the Breakfast was very good and the restaurant staff was friendly and great. The location of the hotel is close to many Civil War sightseeing adventures. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and fitness center. I liked that the ice machine was on my same floor.

We were only there for a quick one night stay. Everything went according to plan and as expected. Being that the hotel was basically right next to the airport, we did get a good view of planes taking off and landing. This did however, cause me to have a little anxiety/ptsd about planes crashing into the building. (My personal issue; nothing bad about the hotel.)

RESTAURANT AND BAR WAS VERY GOOD SHORT STAFFED JUST LIKE EVERYWHERE FOOD WAS EXCEPTIONAL BREAKFAST COOKED TO ORDER, ALSO EXCEPTIONAL. BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE, CLEAN

first room assignment was ok, until we got in there. the AC/HEAT unit was SO NOISY they switched our room.
