The large, corner room with a beautiful water view (see photo). The room was nice and clean and smelled nice, but not chemical cleaning odor. The free breakfast, and free hot drinks machine all day. Free shuttle to BART. Friendly staff.

Location area was run down and we didn't feel safe walking far from the hotel. The pool water was chilly and the water was cloudy. The shuttle to BART was nice but they should have picked up too since they were there anyway. The parking fee was a rip off. If you pay $17 per day to park it should be in a secure garage or secure locked lot. It was neither - just a regular lot right next to the street, in a not so good area.

I loved the huge room we had. The water front view was very calming and beautiful!

We had to walk to the next motel to eat our breakfast. Also, the website says there is a shuttle going from the airport, and BART. I was counting in that, and since COVID there is no shuttle service. We used Uber and Lyft to get to places. The webmaster really needs to take down the shuttle service from the website.

Due to transportation issues, I was very early. Like 0900 early. But Miss Kayla was a life saver. As a courtesy she got me checked in at 0900! I could have cried honestly, as I had just arrived from Seattle via a 24 hour train ride. Rooms were clean and house keeping made sure I always had clean towels and linens. Bathroom was huge and I loved the shower as well as the soaking tub. Breakfast was good and I never left the day hungry. Gym was basic with some cardio equipment and some cable weights. Got the job done. Location toward the freeway didn't look the most aesthetic but the rooms facing the water were quiet and serene with a view of SF in the distance.

I couldn't stay longer!

It's basically the same thing they should at least have a different meat like bacon or Canadian bacon or the round turkey sausage.Everything else is good

The fact that all they have is sausage that doesn't always look cooked enough and the eggs he have a lot of water at the bottom so have to get the eggs front the top plus the don't have shredded cheese to go with the scrambled eggs

Room was spacious and very clean. Liked the motel's atmosphere. Didn't try to swim, as it was an outdoor pool. Breakfast was lovely!! Had great scrambled eggs both mornings. Bacon first day and sausage second day. I ate waffles second day. Super variety of fresh fruit, cereals, bread, juices, milk, etc. Long hours for breakfast was nice!! Great view of the water from our balcony. Breakfast helpers and front desk checkout were friendly. Bed in King room was pleasantly not stiff and pillows were good. Appreciated the clean motel. Location was close to all we needed to go.

Check-in lady on Wednesday nite was very quiet and not very friendly. Area of town was questionable. Would not have stayed on first floor. Bathroom was also spacious, but for a 5 ft, 2 person, the sink was hard to reach. I would stay there again, as it was so clean and a nice big room. Thank-you

Everything was perfect, Everything was clean, the service was great, the staff was amazing, the beds were comfortable, the pool and jacuzzi were clean and wonderful... we loved are stay, every time we visit oakland it's going to be HERE! Marina that works the dining area where they serve breakfast is freakin awesome omgosh so the breakfast is really good and tasty they had diff options on diff days never the same thing Everything was clean and delicious thank you Marina, because of how you treated us Marina we will always come here!

We stayed in a large double queen room with water view. The room was so spacious and clean. Nice bed size and very nice bathroom. Staff were so nice and super friendly. They had free coffee/hot chocolate machine at the lobby!

Bathroom lock didn't work but not a big deal. Breakfast was somewhat disappointing but okay. They had waffle maker which was excellent but no self- served sausages or scramble eggs or fruits. They had biscuits with sausage patty and eggs or with some other stuff inside already pre-wrapped and choice of cereals. My daughter likes sausage links and she was very disappointed but overall okay.

It was nice to be on the water, but the area seemed to be recovering. The hotel was clean and new-looking. The pool is at another property and not open on Sunday. The restaurant was also not open on Sunday. Very convenient to the expressway.

Lots of security on the door wall and a safe in the room - which is a plus if it didn't scream be careful. The breakfast was very good. Revelry at 7:54 from across the water was unexpected, as was the smell of pot coming from the walkway below us.

The room was large, comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a good selection for breakfast and a limited menu but good quality option for dinner in the next door building.

The local area is a bit run down., a lot of homeless people and it didn’t feel safe to walk in the evening so either the bar restaurant or delivery dinner. Also the walk to the local bus stop or metro was worrying.
