We had a fantastic time here. Randy, at the front desk, really helped start our mini vacation out wonderfully. He exceeded our expectations in customer service, well done! The room was super clean and the pool had bar service which after a long week of working, a mai tai at the pool was all I wanted (and that mai tai was delish)! The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing!! Beach, boats, restaurants, shopping all a few steps away. We will be back and we’ll bring our kids next time.

Great location staff was very attentive. I asked housekeeping for toiletries as I did. Ot want my room clean and they responded quickly and efficiently meeting my needs. Staff was welcoming and amazing things for kids to spend time with. Staff made sure we were new kids room and pool which I highly appreciated

Delicious breakfast at lanterns Edge and service was great too. Dinner was great too and bar service/ wine selection was very good. All staff provided great service thru out my two day stay.

The room was very comfortable. The cafe and restaurant were both great. I needed to exchange my meal and had great service from the restaurant and room service. The walking trail was beautiful for an evening stroll and the view was greating having lunch either indoors or out. Wish I had more time to try the yoga, wine tasting, and bikes!

We had a great stay at Laguna Cliffs, unfortunately it was only for one night since we were catching a ferry to Catalina Island the next morning. The rooms were clean and nicely appointed. we enjoyed the pool and the hot-tub and a beautiful breakfast in the morning in the restaurant downstairs. Very nice!

The location was perfect for the reason we were in town. The room was great, clean and ready when we arrived. Sadly we did not get much time to explore the grounds and hope to return soon.

The unexpected cost for parking.

Nice view from room. A little noisy at times due to the proximity of the kids pool/ play area. Food was good, however my belief was that it was overpriced. Breakfast serving staff was excellent. Spa service was excellent. The East side access gate to the adult pool area was inoperable, not opening with room key, had to be proped open with a rock. Poolside service was excellent. Valet service was excellent.

Room & location of resort was nice however my belief is that it was overpriced. Food tasted good but overpriced. I didn't ask however I did not know where to find ice

Everything was great! From valet, to checkin,room staff,turn down service offered our spa treatments were delightful. The food was very good also. I have recommended this property to family and friends and look forward to returning

Booked a room as a honeymoon gift for my sister and brother-in-law for their wedding night. They loved everything... we could be expecting a new baby into the family soon lol 😆🥰❤

We had a wonderful vacation. the room was good. Breakfasts were good and of course the location is wonderful.
