The room was very clean & a really comfortable size, had a fridge & microwave, the bed was comfortable. The location was very close to restaurants & shopping. The hotel has shuttle service to & from Mayo Clinic.

The signage on the outside of the building doesn’t do it justice. It’s an old paint color scheme and only says Sleep Inn, way on the top. Google Maps was telling me to turn into the hotel parking lot and I wasn’t sure if it was correct. On the outside, it looks more like an old, run down hotel. When you walk through the front doors, you’re very pleasantly surprised that it is very clean and updated!

Great amenities! Our room was clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

1 roll of toilet paper. My sister became very ill so we had to extend our stay. Housekeeping didn't get the message apparently and kept entering the room and leaving but didn't take dirty towels or leave clean towels. Our key cards didn't work and I had to go to desk 3 times to have it recoded. The desk clerk ended up coming to my room with me and using a fob. It didn't work either for a minute but it finally did. No hot breakfast during our stay.

I appreciate that cleanliness was a priority at this property. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfasts. The was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service to my medical appointments was always left on time and prompt in returning me to the property.

Locality to shopping and food.

I reserved a handicap accessible room and when I got there, was told they didn’t have any available. I was quite surprised. I had left all the gear at home I would normally need for showings. The staff was able to find a shower chair which I was able to use.

Good breakfast and rooms were clean and quiet.

We were not impressed with the beds ,I think the mattress need to be replaced. It would have been nice to be reminded that we needed to ask for clean towels and to get the trash taken out.

The staff were so kind, friendly and helpful. Whenever an incident came up, they were quick to address it and made sure we were happy.
