The staff was wonderful, especially Barbara - she was very pleasant and helpful( we even had conversations with about property history). The Gentleman who did breakfast was also very pleasant each morning.

Advertised that it had workout facilities but you haven’t had it open since Covid… kind of ridiculous to have it closed but the pool open… also we chose the hotel for BOTH the pool and the gym amenities plus proximity to our trip so …… take the gym OFF the site or open it (false advertising) Also, the inability to use back door (due to key lock issues) was fairly inconvenient since our room was at that end)

Very clean. Very quiet, just off I-75 but set back a bit from the highway. Very comfortable. Everything we wanted. Price was terrific, saw other reviews that rated this place higher than places of similar price - and they were right. Staff VERY friendly. Breakfast was the typical eggs, bacon, waffle iron, cereal, muffins. But it’s included in room rate.

Room 405: Needs remodeling. The gym was closed - big do not enter sign. Room 405 very Old looking dark wood, stains, tattererd curtians, dirty air filter, bad use of space in room, no closet, big ugly armoire in the way of the door dividing the room, Breakfast: No fresh fruit. Need bananas.

Walls, trash cans(by elevator) very dirty, elevator dirty, 1st room had some kind of alarm going off in the closet so we had to be switched to another room. The next room that we ended up in was ok, but needed to be cleaned better. Behind the nightstand, very dusty.The parking lot was disgusting. There were cups on ground where we park. There were dirty cups( filled with what looked to be feces in it) trash on ground and didn’t feel very safe to leave my car out there.

Breakfast was wonderful! Restaurants within walking distance - yay!!

Breakfast could include gluten-free cereal - our son is gluten-intolerant, and all he was able to eat were the eggs. The 68 degrees - lowest setting for heat - was too warm, even for us Floridians! We turned it off to make the room temperature comfortable.

The room was great, I enjoyed staying there, the room was big enough to move around and not feel like I was in one place. the bed was comfortable and the whole room was very clean overall.

Only issue I had, was that the internet was kind of slow, or kept disconnecting me. I watch a lot of live tv, so it needed to be consistent, cellphone service was great there, so I just used a hotspot.

Staff was super nice! Breakfast was great and everything was clean and well stocked! Location was great!

The sofa bed only had a plastic cover on the mattress and it was ripped. Would liked to had linens for it- But we didnt ask for linens either.

The location was great. My daughter loved the indoor pool and breakfast was decent.

The street lamp that was right outside our window. Even with the blinds pulled together you could still see light around the edges. The water for getting a shower was also cold when my daughter tried to get hers before she went to bed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very large and accommodated the four of us very well. The breakfast had a good variety and was delicious. Everything was very clean and we had no major issues.

The temperature in the showers could have been a little bit warmer. If you got in the shower during the morning time you had about 5 minutes of hot water before it turned warm(ish). That was the only complaint we had during the entirety of our stay.

The staff is very nice and friendly. The rooms were clean.

I seen a water bug on the 3rd floor in the hallway. I don’t like bugs. I lived in Rock Hill and always had stayed with you all but I don’t understand why you have to live 50 miles out in order to get a room now? You all just lost a valuable customer.
