The room was exceptionally clean and well cared for. I was especially impressed with the condition of the bathtub—it was spotless and felt freshly sanitized. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, and their attention to detail really made the stay more comfortable.

The trash bins directly in front of the entrance were overflowing from the previous night and were still not emptied the following morning. This created an unpleasant first impression. Attention to cleanliness and timely maintenance would greatly improve the guest experience.

Staff and housekeeping were great - very nice, helpful, very accommodating, and friendly. The location is great, we found everything we needed within a few miles. There is a small, but well-equipped fitness room that was great since my grandson and I were stuck in the hotel for several days waiting for his apartment to be ready for move-in. There is a nice pool but we never got around to using it. Everything was very clean and neat. Hot breakfast is served every morning. We felt completely safe at this hotel.

There were some minor maintenance issues. Water pressure in the shower was pretty low, and the toilet had to be flushed a couple of times every time. The temperature was not very steady. It would get chilly and then stuffy before it would come back on. Because the staff was so nice and helpful and everything else was great, these issues didn't really seem that important.

Room was a great size and had all the necessary amenities. Bed was comfortable and staff and manager were friendly to talk to. Helpful staff and great distance from the Ameris amphitheater.

Price increases for early check in depending who you talk to. I was told $25 but this increased to $30 when at the desk (despite $25 being printed on a slip of paper underneath the till in plain sight). If you’re trying to make a little extra off customers then online replies and price lists need to be taken out of view as it’s only causing friction between staff and guests.

It was a good stay. Nothing out the ordinary. I loved that the eggs were boiled eggs and not the ring runny, disgusting, looking eggs that hotels like to offer. The people, including staff, were friendly.

It was hard to get through the room door. It wasn't a seamless process. And, the shower heads need changing. There was no way to adjust the rate of flow of water. In my case, it was a high rate. So I know it was a lot of waste.

Your in a suburb and everyone I encountered was very courteous, polite and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast met my needs, however if you need different food options, you are within walking distance of a Starbucks, Chick filet, Taco bell, and other food amenities in North point Market and North Point mall.

It is obvious, that the hotel is a little run down, and I did see a few bugs, But please keep in mind the area is in the deep woods and they are on a 3 day cleaning schedule for environmental reasons. So it was not a deal breaker for me. There were other guests who left empty cans and boxes outside their rooms, but there was a room with a garbage and recycling receptacle.

Staff was friendly and helpful the room was really nice and the bed was super comfortable!

I was really sad breakfast didn't include bacon and the shower floor was angled into the center and really slippery so you had to be very careful not to fall. Also, the pool only had one way to exit the outside and pool area because the other door by the gym was broken and the gate to the parking lot was locked meaning I had to walk through the lobby in my wet swimsuit with people in there.

The facility was convenient, updated nicely, clean, staff was super friendly location was perfect for the concert I was going to. The only down part about the facility itself was the elevator it was relatively slow. And I was on the third floor. Room was clean well organized and comfortable. I would recommend tge hotel since it was a good $$ value compared to others in the area.

It was a very positive surprise for me. After staying in many other motel-like hotels on the boundaries of the cities, I had much worse expectations. This was the best one motel/hotel place I have ever stayed in! It was: -clean -there was a nice area in the lobby to have breakfast or to relax -there was a gym -room was big and very clean -there was a microwave in the room -there was good tea available 24/7 and a few kinds of coffee -the staff was helpful and very nice to interact with -the price was reasonable, which makes it a good deal

I am not sure, but it seemed like there were some homeless people in the hotel during the breakfast, but maybe that is just how some of the guests look like...

I was really impressed! The staff was friendly. The facilities were wonderful & clean. It was the perfect location for my needs.

2 things … 1. the shower. The drainage was super slow which grosses me out. I don’t want to stand in other peoples muck. And the water pressure was eh. Not much pressure at all. 2. Not enough elevators. This hotel seemed to be pretty high traffic… but if you’re anywhere other than the first 2 floors & it’s busy, you could be waiting several min. to get on the elevator & it will most likely be shoulder to shoulder with others.

Spacious and comfortable room. Hot breakfast available. Plentiful parking. Close to highway access. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Good WiFi

Flimsy toilet seat. Wonky door lock/key card system. Never changed towels or bed linens during a 5 day stay (supposed to be done every 3 days). Satellite TV service was erratic. No variety to breakfast offerings.
