Very easy location, easy walking to Music Row, various music bars, restaurants. Great value - parking and the pet fee are very reasonable. I also like that the complimentary breakfast has a to-order omelet station.

The room had a highly perfumed air freshener smell when we arrived. We were traveling with a pet, so my first thought was that this was a designated pet friendly room and they were masking a prior pet smell. The smell dissipated over time, but was still present the next morning.

A really comfortable room with good facilities - An excellent breakfast with friendly and helpful staff. Free ice, cold water, coffee and iced tea from reception 24/7, also a couple of free massage chairs if you wanted one! A small shop in reception also for drink and snacks. Free parking. The pool looked great, although we didn't find time to use it! An easy walk to downtown/ Lower Broadway (15/20 mins). Opposite the start point for the 'Pedal Tavern' pedal-bar vehicle thing also!

It's just on the outer side of the main highway (and also the train tracks). No issues with noise, etc and it makes car access from the airport, or onward to say, Memphis, very easy. Easy to cross the road and trainline as it's also a main road (Demonbreun Street) into town with bridges over these. I only mention it, as when I arrived it looked a little like a motel on the junction of a busy highway - but other than looks it didn't affect us at all.

Break fast was good. The person who helped us was very nice. Want to see him in the reception because he understands service. Room was good , as per money. Location was perfect to visit downtown without car. Because parking was not available in that city and costly.

Reception's behavior. Because before booking we had one request to leave hotel little bit late because I had to work for office and we had to go another hotel in different city. But the lady told me , this is a very good hotel, like we never stay in hotels. No way to stay longer. No help from her and we had to add 1 more day to stay 3 hrs more. Problem was not i had to pay one more day , problem was her attitude and word selection.

A great choice if you want a comfortable place without breaking the bank! The rooms are standard for the category, including a microwave oven and a coffeemaker. Our kids loved the pool which is maintained daily. Breakfast was nice, again what you would expect at this type of hotel. The Comfort Inn is very conveniently located: you are a 15-minute walk from Broadway and major sights. Free parking is a huge plus given the rates in Nashville.

The AC gets very loud. Be aware that the hotel is on a busy street - you will hear traffic. Returning guests can be loud at night as well.

Comfort Inn Downtown Music City Center provided an exceptional experience during our recent trip to Nashville. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to Broadway and other attractions. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, offering a relaxing environment after busy days out. The staff were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and varied, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. Overall, Comfort Inn Downtown Music City Center exceeded our expectations, and we would enthusiastically recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville.

Awesome location at a great price and we were upgraded to a suite so even better. I am not crazy about outside entrance hotels, however, there was security around at night and the place was very quiet. In the summer months, there may be more concern as more people out and about walking around, but for mid Feb. it was perfect!

When I booked on booking.com, it did not say that parking was an additional expense. Not a big deal as we were only there one night, however, it is a nightly charge and does increase the actual price of the room and should be disclosed ahead of time.

Great value! The breakfast exceeded my expections. There were many options of fresh food, fruit, yogurt, and hot food. It was walking distance to town and attractions (about a half mile). Rooms were clean and spacious. There was regular city noise such as sirens and traffic, earplugs worked nicely. I really enjoyed the free massage chairs available in the lobby after doing so much walking.

Some people might not be ok with the city noise. During the day I didn’t notice it, but light sleepers could benefit from earplugs at night.

Room remodel was very nice, modern accent wall had convenient types of built in lighting and chargers, good storage with necessary items like microwave, mini fridge, new office chair. Bathroom tile was very modern, great backlit mirror. New Keurig (but I couldn't get it to work) but good coffee was always available in lobby. Breakfast had good options. Professional staff. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Renovation construction work began too early (7:30 am) for those who want to sleep in. The bathroom fan was very weak, toilet didn't have good flush power. Would like all hotels to have more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels.

Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of options and staff on hand, including an omlette bar. Rooms were clean. Only constructive feedback was that the heater was loud, as was the custodial cart going down the hall in the AM, but if you're ok with a bit of a noise (the rooms are all open to the street, like a multi level motel), this place had great value. 20 min walk to downtown Broadway, super easy and convenient.

Comfort Inn Downtown Nashville is about a one kilometre easy walk to Broadway, so it's not exactly central. The hotel itself is clean, safe, and provides an excellent breakfast with the nightly tariff. There are bars and restaurants across the road, which cater for most tastes. I would not only recommend Comfort Inn Downtown, but I would certainly stay there again.

The hotel is starting to look tired and rooms are accessed through the use of a variety of stairs and lifts. For those with mobility problems, a phone call to the hotel to try to access disabled-friendly rooms would be recommended.
