Having a restaurant and a Starbucks on the premises was a nice convenience.

The pool looked great; but several doors were being left open. We told the desk clerk, but nothing was done to close the doors . Felt unsafe and security was an issue. Hence, we did not use the pool. An asset was not being utilized to its full potential.

Staff was freindly and welcoming. The location was easily accessible from the highway for the events and locations we planned to attend for our stay. The pool area was nice and clean

We booked two of the same rooms. One was clean and equiped. The other wasn't clean and did not have the same necessities needed during our stay. The other half of our group had to come to the other room to use what was needed that their room lacked of. It was a burden their room wasn't identically equipped. We also utilized their fitness center, but it hadn't been cleaned or vacuumed for quite awhile

The location was great for what we needed. It was quiet despite being busy. The pool was barely occupied. The water was clean and the temp was decent, a little chilly but not bad (most places have been ice cold lately I feel). The hot tub was nice. We wanted to get to the breakfast and dinner but we never tried it. The Starbucks was a bonus factor as why we chose the place. The receptionist was knowledgeable and pleasant.

The hot tub had an issue the second day so I decided to take a nice HOT bath. It took awhile to warm up the water - I almost called to say it wasn’t getting warm. When it did warm up it was not hot. Maybe like a warm pool.

We loved the shuttle service to and from the airport!

Our card said room 303, but we were told 436. After going to the wrong room first, it was 436. The staff didn't know our breakfast was included. We stood there while she filled out our vouchers, and we were missing a day. We booked this room months in advance, I just feel our room package should have been ready and double-checked. Friendly staff! The hotel was very clean. I used the gym and found it to be suitable for use for a few days away from home. The coffee in the lobby was great!

We were there for 5 nights and there was not a room cleaning during our stay. I agree the whole room did not have to be cleaned but a refresh of towels and coffee pods should have occurred.

This is the second time I have stayed here and the first time was great. This time the Starbucks was closed for all three days for the holidays.

The only problem I had this time was a staff member told me I could do a late check out for 40.00 and when I went to check out they charged me 50.00 plus tax .

It was very comfortable for what I needed it for.

My first room the lock was broken,it was on the 3rd floor. Got moved in right away to a 1st floor room.

The room was very spacious and pillows were comfortable. The lobby was a bit sterile. Starbucks wasn’t open on Monday through the sign said it was. The restaurant has generous hours. The shuttle was very timely. There were lots of snacks in their marketplace.

I thought parking was included. It was not. It was $8 per day.

Front desk staff was very nice.

I did not like that my view was the roof with all the AC unit's. Also, the TV in my room did not work properly. It took me 15 minutes for it to work. I had to unplug it. One of the towels had a hair on it.

everything was great , except the hot Tub!! it had a horrible smell to it that our swim wear stunk up the room . we put them in a garbage bag .. was really looking forward to relaxing in it for awhile but I couldn’t with that horrible smell !! the pool is not heated so had to pass that up as well !!!
