The hotel is in a perfect location to explore all of Old Town Scottsdale on foot, the staff was extremely professional and helpful with any questions and one small repair in the room was immediately addressed. The room was clean, comfortable with no issues of street or guest noises. The outdoor patio is beautiful with several fire pits and comfortable seating.

Service on the outdoor patio could have been more prompt. We were pretty much the only customers one afternoon and it took an inordinate amount of time for our order to arrive.

Loved everything. Tim’s warm welcome when we arrived close to midnight was the start of our amazing stay. Staff were friendly and attentive. Very helpful, very knowledgeable staff made us feel right at home. The welcoming smiles, the bottles of water, the location, and even the weather will send us back another time. Location in Old Town Scottsdale is great! Plenty of parking below ground in the garage! The rooms are comfortable and have refrigerators, microwaves and coffee makers! The staff was great!

Towels were adequate, but could have been nicer. Depending on time of year the cost can get more expensive for the location. The on site restaurant closed before we ate a late dinner - we ended up using a delivery service.

Our checkin staff member had no personality at all. Tried to get us to pay for the room when it was already paid for. No explanation of the property just eventually handed us keys. Was not advised our room was not going to get housekeeping the next day. This was a total surprise when we came back to our room from being out all day and housekeeping had not been done.

Location was great right on the outskirts of Old Town. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

$22 for parking is a rip off. I found 24h free street parking a block away. If you’re willing to walk a bit, that’s the move.

Parking charges daily. We were not told of any parking charges before checking in. We were charged $22 a day for parking the car. Unacceptable as where do you expect for people to park. Charging in just not right. I have never heard of a Hotel charging for parking.

We had a suite, so it was a large and spacious room. The on-site amenities included a significant amount of outdoor space from private patios, to lounging areas, firepits and a pool. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was very walkable to Old Town Scottsdale shops, bars and restaurants.

$20 to pay for parking after we spent over $500 on a room. Seems petty. The other complaint we had is noise. The location is along a busier road that gets a lot of traffic day and night. We aren't light sleepers, but heard people and traffic outside at various points during the overnight. As nice as the pool is, it's also right next to the road, so that ruins some of the relaxation element.

$22.00 a day charge for parking. Regular restaurant and bar area closed . A pop up one available very limited menu. We went across the street to Marriott and enjoyed their dinning and lounge.

The location is great! Bed was extremely comfortable! Room was super clean! Front desk people were super friendly and helpful.

The pool area could use some updating. Breakfast needs to be more reasonably priced. Maybe put air conditioning in the hallways!

Loved the location to Old Town restaurants and shops. Free waters at check in every day/ as needed. The staff was SO friendly and helpful and kind. The fire pits outside were great for the cold weather.

The elevator is REALLY slow. There wasn't a hot tub with the outdoor pool. Would have been nice to have a pen and paper in the room.
