The hotel staff were fantastic at changing my room (without us asking) so that we could get to the elevator easier (due to my walking stick), the breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing!! We stayed for a week so got good rotation of regional foods; Jingisukan, soup curry, Hokkaido milk, local jams (including milk jam) and the opportunity for kaisendon. My partner insisted on making the most of their soft serve ice cream with a bowl of ice cream every morning! The room was comfortable, and the location was amazing, the elevator would take you down to B1 that connected with Sapporo Station.

The only thing that was difficult was balancing the heating in the room during a very cold time of year.

Location just in front of Jr sapporo, also we can reach the hotel from the station on B1 floor, which connected to sapporo underground passageway. Hotel Lobby is on 7th floor of the building. There are free refill drinkwater and ice maker machines on every floor. There are various amenities that you can select yourself at the lobby.

Value for money (at least in my booking) and the location! I didn't take with breakfast, so can't speak for that, but the location - damn it's good! Right on the main station and close to whatever you need. Subway? Covered. JR station? Covered. Daimaru? Covered. Underground path? Covered - even with straight access from the hotel. Can't beat that.

I felt like the room was a bit small (i booked the Executive floor room, which i thought/expected to be a bit extra compared to a regular room) but oh well, i would still recommend the hotel regardless. Just be warned, room size will be better for a solo traveler or maybe a young couple.

Best. Breakfast. Ever. My friend and I literally picked this hotel because of their breakfast spread, and when we came back to the hotel later, there was an insane line for the lunch!! Rooms are small, but etiquette for a short stay. The staff was extremely kind and hospitable. And they have a great luggage sewing system in the lobby. If you need to keep your stuff there after you check out or if you arrive early.

We use the booking to order a triple room, but we were given a double room for some reason. They said that that was an issue with booking, and they were able to switch our rooms shortly after checking in.

Reception has English native speaker and he can explain everything well in English. The New Chitose airport limousine bus is just downstairs the hotel entrance right side. You pay when you alight the bus at the airport and there’s no prebooking needed which is very convenient. The hotel lobby is at level 7. The hotel is just across Daimaru and the Sapporo station is also opposite which is very convenient. There are many eateries around there. Super convenient. The Mitsui Premium Outlet Mall bus is just around the corner about 10mins walk. The bus is at the bus stop infront of Tokyu shopping center.

Room is very small, maybe just right for petite sized people or single traveller. There’s not much car parking space and the attendant is very rude, he shouted at us when we wanted to stop the car for a few seconds infront of hotel to drop off our luggages. He could speak properly instead of raising his voice and is not suitable to work in a hotel. Maybe more like a club bouncer. There is no proper lobby for car to drop off people and makes it difficult for our Japanese friends to pick us up in their car for dinner and sightseeing.

The staff are nice and smiley. They provide the toiletries such as comb, facial cleanser and many others. It will not be placed in the room. Pick it up at the hotel lobby on the 7th floor (choose what we need). The bed is comfortable but the blanket seems slightly worn out. We booked two rooms. One of the rooms has blankets with stains. We called and they came to change it quickly. It is just diagonally opposite Sapporo station. Very convenient. Ten mins walk to a shopping street. Very good location. There is a park nearby. Very beautiful

I like the hotel location, friendly front desk staff (Umeda and Mark) who went the extra mile to help with my request. Keep up with the customer service :) Also like the lounge area with coffee machine, prepared cold drinks and microwave facility. Allow guests to rest and relax before going back to the space contraint room. There is also good selection of amenities for guests to pick.and choose what they need. Thankful for the water dispenser machine near our room at the end of corridor.

Elevator connects to the underground mall, no onsen but has a large bathtub and updated piping. Check In was Fast, but the wait was long, Free Lockable luggage area, lovely all glass elevator with excellent views, a bit rude staff, every floor has a lounge area with beer machine next to it.

Very Hot Lobby, maybe 30 degrees. Check-in Slow, Lobby Smells of cigarettes, inward facing rooms feels like on a cruise-ship, Very Small Room standing maybe an issue, door opening too close to wall dangerous when opening and closing (in an earthquake the likelihood of jammed exit door is 95%) Every morning the elevator lobby reeks of alcohol & cigarettes even-though it is a non smoking floor. Rooms are oddly numbered and corridors are oddly shaped so it is difficult to remember the room location.

Across the street from Sapporo Station! Glass covered building with a glass elevator. Compared to other hotel’s facades that I’ve stayed at in Japan for more than double the price, this hotel was impressive to see on arrival. The lobby is very modern as well. The front desk staff are polite and helpful. You check yourself in at a kiosk. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I asked for an extra pillow, and they got it for me promptly. I can’t believe the quality you get for such a affordable price!
