We stayed in one of the Zaha Hadid designed rooms, which was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and staff were helpful.

The services could have been better for a 5 star hotel. We expected to be able to use the hotel facilities such as the rooftop bar and swimming pool however the rooftop bar was not open on the days we were there and the pool was only open from noon to 7pm. The bar that was open closed at 11.30pm which seemed very early for a hotel bar.

It is really a design hotel to at least take as an experience of immersing into the world of the best interior designers where every single floor is decorated by a different renowned designer. So the best thing about the hotel are the brave and creative rooms you cannot find anywhere else.

It has had its best days in the past and you can see it being outdated in various areas. It is an OK hotel, but definitely not 5-stars in todays standards.

Availability and friendliness of the staff. Ability to immediately access and book services right at the check-in (massage and dinner at the Observatory). Easy sharing of the hotel services and how to obtain them. The breakfast room was wonderful, with nice spaces for all types of guests - families, couples and people enjoying time on their own, as was my case. The breakfast itself was also very nice! Last but not least, the shower was just perfect - the perfect water pressure, perfect temperature, and in my case, a perfect view! :)

There wasn't anything that I did not like. I have really enjoyed my stay and hope I can go back sometime.

The hotel was in a good location, 2 minutes walk from the metro and the hotel itself was an amazing unique design. Each floor had its own design and it was a great experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the features in the rooms were also great! I must say Sergio, the night receptionist was amazing - from every interaction he was so helpful and friendly! The whole staff at the hotel were lovely and the breakfast was great too!

There was nothing in particular we didn’t like. I would say it was just a shame due to closure we couldn’t experience the rooftop bar but other than that I think the overall hotel was lovely.

Very professional and friendly staff. Room was VERY spacious, and it was super clean. The bathroom was huge and clean. The view from the room was amazing with a lot of clay tennis courts across the street (the highway). The walk to the metro was around 4 minutes so almost nothing. Uber was super easy to use as well because the hotel is next to the highway, so great location. The hotel looks really good from the outside, especially when the sun is down because it is super colorful with all the lights. The hotel on the inside is spacious, clean, and has a very unique modern design. There is also a gym and pool that we didn't use, so can't say anything about them.

There was a very strong smell of detergent when we first checked in, and it was really annoying. Once it was gone, everything was perfect.

Good and reasonable value for money! The different designed floors and rooms are really cool! Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Some people complain in their reviews that the hotel is no 5 stars-hotel - which is true, but apart from that, you would pay a lot more for a “real” 5 stars-hotel. Also some people complain about the fact that the hotel is located next to the highway and 30-40 minutes to the central city, but that you can see before booking on google maps, so I don’t understand the point. In addition if the windows are closed, it’s really very quiet!

A bit more space in the wardrobe (also more hangers) would be nice. Also I think it’s a waste to offer small packings of cereals at the breakfast - a bigger offer of packaging-free cereals would be nice!

Location was convenient. A quick walk to the airport shuttle and close to the subway. Not right in the center of town but convenient to the neighborhoods we were visiting. We liked the room. It was a cool design. Especially the shower though the controls were a little hard to figure out. Room was spacious and big for a European hotel.

Would have been nice to have a water heater or coffee/tea in the room.

Stayed on 7th floor, great size bath, loved the electronics in the room to control everything (AC, blinds, lighting, tv) super comfy bed, decent view

Upsetting when reception make an error on the charge and try to put the blame on you informing me the cost of the room had changed from when I booked before realising they had indeed messed up and I had already paid for my late check out. The whole attitude spoilt what was a nice stay. Room service is over priced considering they also change the items you receive I.e crisps instead of French fries.

Room was nice, clean, provided with amenities of good quality. The staff at reception were friendly and also asked us if we would like a higher floor (which was AMAZING, the view of Madrid was really nice from our room on the 11th floor). Hotel has a nice indoor design with small art on display, on our floor there were miniature cars on display which gave a more interesting vibe. The room itself was sufficiently big, the bathroom was clean, provided plenty of towels and had an immense bathtub. The bed is comfortable, two sets of pillows are also a nice touch. We would also like to point out that the staff was very friendly, room was cleaned on a daily basis and we felt very welcome. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The only downsides are the fact that the room does not have a "luxurious" feel to it, however, there was nothing we could have asked for more and the fact that it is a bit far from all the attractions (on foot), yet very close to the metro station which is very easy to use.

beautiful hotel, very interesting design decisions and nice areas to hang out. I loved getting glimpses of the other floors from the lift and absolutely ADORED my room on the 10th floor, designed by Arata Isozaki. Very relaxing and uplifting. Bathroom absolutely beautiful. We didn't eat in the restaurant but the all day menu in the bar was lovely and very reasonably priced.

a lot of the facilities, (bars/restaurants/pool) were all closed when we visited (April 2024). what was open was great but be aware of this. windows could have been a bit cleaner.
