I stayed at Travelodge Torrelaguna for two nights (March 10–12) during a work trip to Madrid, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The staff was exceptionally accommodating—especially Paola, who went above and beyond to help me navigate some last-minute changes to my check-in and check-out times. Her professionalism and kindness really made a difference. While the hotel is a bit far from the city center, the location worked out well for me. Just a short 3-block walk gets you to a direct and very affordable bus to the airport, which was incredibly convenient. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was reliable—everything I needed for a smooth work trip. I’d absolutely stay here again.

The location is good,.away from the bustle centre. There is a bus stop outside the hotel. Bus route 53 will take you into the centre & bus route 122 will get you to the bus station and on to the airport (bus route 200) The hotel is clean and the staff are helpful. Breakfast is continental with enough choices to see you by. The area also offers a few cafe bars so eating locally is not a problem. Overall we found the hotel very good for the price and convenient for getting about.. We would definitely stay here if we visit Madrid again. Thank You

WiFi only available on the ground floor reception area unless you pay. We stopped at 2 other hotels in Burgos while on our vacation and WIFI was free all around the hotels.

Our stay was comfortable, with restful sleep and a satisfying little breakfast for 10€. The staff were friendly, and the location was conveniently accessible by bus 53 in zone A. Price was good for this time. Hotel was very clean.

The room lacked bedside outlets, which was inconvenient, and there was no option to use the iPhone as a room key. Additionally, the absence of a hairdryer in every room was a minor inconvenience. The bed was small for 2 but comfortable. Overall, a pleasant experience. There was no free wifi.

The location and the standards of the hotel in general was quite pleasant. The cost efficiency of this stay was really high.

The check-in process took so long (15 mins aprox) even though we arrived after 3 p.m. Also, the room was a bit cold and the A/C system was pre-selected for summer time (on the 30th of September) and it was impossible to put the heating of the A/C on. They gave us some blankets though, thankfully.

The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The facilities were very clean and well decorated. The room was more spacious than we thought and very clean as well. There was soap for hands on the sink and also for the whole body in the shower. And the bed was super comfy with two pillows per person super comfy also. We only stayed for a few hours, got there towards 6PM and had to leave at 4AM, so we didn’t use other services in or near the hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised with the staff and facilities though, this stay exceeded our expectations. :-)

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean as well. The property met my expectations.

The payment was unnecessarily complicated – the property first put a hold on the card & it had to be paid upon arrival. I would have preferred to pay it in one step, before arrival, so the check-in could be done faster.

It has a convenient location if you are doing things in the area as my case. It’s also quite easy to get from/to airport by one direct bus.

They only offer pay internet in the room or if you book the room online in their website (apparently). At this stage any decent hotel should have internet in the room included in the price (my honest opinion). They offer free internet in the shared places but I think that’s not enough, specially considering the price you pay for the room.

Stayed here with my 9yr old son the Property was in a perfect location for our trips to Santiago bernabeau there is a super market over the road and 3 lovely little restaurants literally 20 metres from hotel entrance overall great place to stay

The room was a particular pleasure for my cat, who loved the view of people walking by. I didn't take breakfast because it was too expensive and I eat very little. The linens on the bed were a kind of polyester material and I sweated through them every night, even when I lowered the room temperature considerably. The mattress was quite good.

By reserving through Booking.com, I had no free WiFi in the room, which was a drawback. The walls were rather thin, so I heard my neighbours showering and also the radio/TV. Even at 00:30 hours on occasion.

Location was perfect, with a taxi stop next door and rate to airport of ~14 euro. The metro was 10 min walk away in a very safe area and that allowed to reach city centre in 15min or so. There were several restaurants and a good supermarket next to the hotel so great convenience if visiting with children.

The only downside was the breakfast which was not very good except for the sweet pastries (those were nice and fresh!!).
