The locality on the side of the town is great. It was quite calm there, not in the center of the touristic madness. The 'Adult only' was the best choice ever, quite a contrast from few hundreds meters away next to the beach where it feels like a kindergarden. We were afraid of some crazy bacheloret parties but it was really quite calm there with people in all ages. Food was good, large selection. Nothing to remember for the rest of our lives, but good quality for sure. The same goes for most of the drinks. The room was fine, we got the sea side view room and I would do it again, the view was excelent.

The juices for the breakfast were really bad. I was looking for a high quality orange juice and it was one of the worst I had - Felt like 10% juice, 90% water and TONS of added sugar. Luckily this only goes for the juices - coctails and other drinks were good. Also the dishes were dirty quite often, dirty plates.

From our arrival the team were very welcoming. Our room (419) had a great sea view, was comfortable and was very quiet - once the evening entertainment finished - this wasn’t an issue for us. The food was consistently good and varied. The pool was lovely and clean. Sometimes it was a bit chilly upon entry but was fine once you were in.

It was probably slightly too quiet for us but was a lovely relaxing break. We could have done with an extra pillow and stupidly never got around to asking.

Very friendly and professional staff. Memorising names and needs. Food was very good and I am foody who has high expectations. Food themes were changing every evening. Sea food was served very often and in good quality (shrimps, mussales, fish, langost). Fruits and cheese selection was very big and good (mango, papaya, melon etc). Cocktails are also good. Not cheap random alcohols.

Access to sea is a bit more far away. Sea itself is very close but to enter it, you need to walk to the left where rocks are over. But in general not far and not big deal. Showers are a bit old and leaking on floor

Amazing staff. They are super professional, very kind and always ready to help. The hotel is very well situated. You have immediate access to the beach and the view is beautiful. We highly recommend taking the half board. You will enjoy their big and tastefully prepared buffet for breakfast and dinner! Definitely worth what you pay for it!

We chose this hotel because we also wanted to do some spa but were a little disappointed by their spa facilities. They only have one sauna and a heated pool. It’s pretty small so unless you’re alone you will not be able to quietly and fully relax and enjoy the spa.

Very beautiful

Parking was tough in the area. And the hotel sits on an elevated street, so the walk (or the bike) up to the hotel was a little annoying after a long day out.

Buffet breakfast had lots of options. Staff spoke English and were very helpful. 1-2 min walk from pool to beach. Great water pressure in the showers. Unlimited use of water coolers on every floor. Beach towels available from hotel (€20 refundable deposit). Quieter location than other hotels as it is at the end of the strip but also only 5min walk to lots of restaurants/beach.

Air con in room wasn't working but outside temp wasn't very high so didn't bring it up. €3 per day to use the safe in the room. Indoor pool has very limited capacity so needs to be pre-booked with reception. No designated parking - limited on street parking out front and a free car park about 300m away that we used every day.

Parking can be a little tricky, but we were lucky that we got a spot right outside on the street. Also, the room didn't have a kettle, but we did get one when we asked. We were offered drinks on our welcome, and given a warm welcome. The staff were patient with my attempt at Spanish, and even taught me a couple of new words! The size of the room is a little small, and the 'partial sea view' was very partial - it was obstructed by some large palm trees. Aside from that, the hotel was great - they have filtered water filling stations on every floor so you don't have to keep buying bottles, the staff were very friendly and very helpful, the facilities were great, the breakfast was comprehensive and overall I would stay here again. The hotel was very clean, the bathroom was a good size, and we were provided with everything we needed. Additionally, the hotel is very close to the beach, and the indoor pool and other facilities are very nice.

Room was very spacious and had a great área for makeup station and relax on sofa. Lovely side sea view. ALL THE STAFF are VERY friendly and accomodating, everyone in the resturant and reception made our stay special. Love that It had ping pong&pool table. The 2 bars and free entertainment were absoloutley fab. SO many options for food and special touch of themed food nights was really fun and mixed It Up!

Just being extra Picky as everything was so amazing but It would have been nice if they provided tea/coffee making facilites, although when we asked reception for a kettle- they brang one to our room instantly at no cost. Also spa didnt have nice relaxing Sun loungers, just cushions on the floor and was too busy for US to go in so could be monitored slightly better with reservations as small spa.

Everything! Me & my mum have been twice now and we absoloutley love It.. Best hotel we have stayed in! It was my mums Birthday and we stayed for 3 nights. They left a sweet note, cava, wine, chocolates and nuts in our room! The cleaning team are amazing and everything is spotless. All the staff in the canteen are soo Happy and friendly.

The spa could have sunbeds or comfy chairs. Also i think 12 people in the spa at a time is a lot as its only tiny
