The service very bad. We asked for a plate to have Dinner they said we need pay 519 Rupee for the plate. We called thrice in a day for the house keeping. They don’t have any extra bed providing facility for the guest even if you are willing to pay.

The room entrance cards were horrible. We stayed their for 5 nights and we had to go to reception minimum 8-10 times to fix the room card. They weren’t working properly. The service was horrible, they claim themselves a FOUR STAR hotel but based on their service if you judge them they are TWO star. Food is expensive but not at all tasty. In the breakfast i saw waiter taking fruits in a plate for a guest through his hand. I saw them giving the used cartlaries of one guest to another by just cleaning them with tissues they weren’t washed.

great location and value for money hotel. it has been tastefully done up with Italian marble flooring and some lovely roman statues. the lobby decor is nice. last couple of years the service had deteriorated but this time I was pleasantly surprised. the room service and house keeping staff were very courteous and polite. check and check out was a breeze. overall a very good experience.

it needs a bit of modernisation in certain areas like plumbing and the door locks.

The hotel is beautiful. It reminds me of Italy with marble throughout. Very helpful & friendly staff, extremely clean, food was very good. Mennu who works in the restaurant was very professional and extremely helpful, spa was a dream as I had 3 services: massage, haircut and pedicure. This is our new go-to hotel in Delhi. We will be back next month. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

I loved it! I read some dubious reviews, so was apprehensive. I loved it and the staff were lovely. Only complaint is the price of the food. Really, that subject was correct on other reviews. The price of food is ridiculously high.

The house keeping staff was very good and cleaned the room on time. Very friendly, very professional, always quick to reply when i call, very hard workers, left the house clean and smelling fresh. Staff name : Rohit ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Enjoyed our stay, the room we had booked was a little small but on request the staff was real quick and agile to change it to a bigger room and upgrade us free of charge. Amazing service

There is nothing that i didnt like but yes would love to be given a brief idea about they way to swimming pool spa and restaurant, we haf to cal and ask… thats all

They closed the pool and roman garden for no reason other than time. Why not just keep them open?

Restaurant is OK, but not amazing to look at, and service was very mixed. Had to ask for a table to be cleared, and then not enough cutlery was brought over. Had to ask for coffee a few times before we got it.

Oh Breakfast was fantastic, I love having my breakfast in The Hotel Royal Plaza, New Delhi. Fresh fruits n fruit juices especially fresh omelette and masala dosa's. Every breakfast items available starting from South Indian to North Indian.. Great Hospitality. Especially Mr. Dhar Ji, meeting each and every customer on breakfast really it's a great hospitality from the hotel management.
