I enjoyed a seamless stay at the Novotel Providencia. Very pleasant and happy staff, cleanliness was impeccable and the rooms were fitted out superbly. Lighting was well thought out, bed was super comfortable with great pillow selection and the elevator smooth and fast.

Restaurant menu was surprisingly basic considering the standard of the rest of the hotel. First 2 breakfasts were hot when they should be with a good selection of fruits and condiments. The last 2 breakfasts were luke warm at best and for some strange reason the quality and variety of fruit and olives etc available was nowhere near the standard of the 1st 2?

i really like the 24/ 7 after hours room service only limit stuff like the burgers and steak. most of the menu is only for the dining area. 2 market shopping marking next to the hotel and pizza place across the hotel.

the only thing i didnt like was being drop off in high traffic! they should have a area where you can unload your luggage. also when i messaged the staff tru booking they dont reply you need to buy phone card to call chile. or add international into your phone. the staff dont seem to know english so be ready w a translator/

Comfortable room with excellent shower! Mini fridge coffee machine and complimentary water bottles in the room as well as a fountain available in each floor to refill your bottle. Breakfast was wonderful with a large selection of food. Bar staff and doorman were very helpful. Location is prime a bit far from airport and historic center but in a very safe area full of malls, restaurants; two metro stops walking distance so as ATM and grocery!

We Had to wait more than 20minutes to check in because there wasn’t no one at front desk late night arrival! When asked for info about ATM or metro answers were misleading.

The location is walking distance to good restaurants and has quick access to public transport or taxis. The room was clean and spacious. The jacuzzi tub in the bathroom was exceptional and they replaced the bath salts and bubble bath everyday.

The TV access was a bit weird, especially accessing YouTube, but the hotel staff were quick to help with that problem. We were on floor 4 so the views were non-existent. Would have loved a higher floor

The beds were especially comfortable and the room spotless; the daily room service was very thorough. The location of the property is very good, with close connection to the Tabalada Metro station providing wide access to the city. Nearby Costanera Tower and shopping can provide for most every travelers needs. Wait staff at the restaurant was good and courteous, and at the entry floor bar, and the complimentary breakfast complete and tasty. The elevators were fast and timely. Everything was very clean. Special kudos to Nihat on the Front Desk staff who was very helpful in getting us a room as soon as available after an all night flight.

Nothing, we were quite satisfied and will stay there again.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is close to Costanera Centre and has several good eateries around. The location is safe for solo travelers. The rooms are decently sized and very clean. The staff is quite helpful. I arrived early in the morning, and the staff was able to accommodate my early check-in without any complications.

The breakfast spread is good. But the last time I stayed there, they had more selections than this time. Food is wonderful; perhaps they might improve the breakfast buffet.

Rooms were quiet, clean and super comfortable. The breakfast buffet had tons of options available and open until 10:30am which was nice for days we slept in. Staff were awesome and helpful, especially Camila that worked at the buffet and restaurant. Hotel was in an excellent location with tons of restaurant options near by.

Laundry was ridiculously expensive, I recommend going to a laundry place nearby instead.

It is an excellent location in a very safe neighborhood. My wife and I are retired and we felt very safe walking home at night from neighborhood bars and restaurants. It is a 5-7 minute walk from a metro line that takes you to all the main attractions. There are a variety of very good restaurants within a five minute walk of the hotel. The front desk staff (in particular Christina)were very helpful. I had an issue with my plane reservation and they were very helpful to rectify the problem. The hotel pool was heated properly. Highly recommended.

Love this hotel & its amenities! From Patricio at the front desk to keycard security provided, I enjoyed the stay an felt safe . Great recommendations from Patricio which I appreciate. The staff is mostly bilingual. Location is close to a lot of restaurants and bars. The area is safe which is important. Would recommend without a hesitation. Maybe next time I’ll get a view from my room.

The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever had. The variety is impressive, the coffee is amazing (try the expresso machines, especially the vanilla cappuccino!), staff is kind and accommodating. Honestly the breakfast is well worth the price, especially since food is quite expensive in Chile; you won't find a better price for such an amazing breakfast. Apart from that, this hotel follows all Accor standards: great structure, great beds, great lighting, clean and comfortable overall. Staff is generally kind and attentive, apart from the room service (more on that on the next section). Props to the sauna and pool, accessible to all guests (sauna needs a reservation); a great relaxing option for the end of the day. The location is simply perfect, in the heart of Providencia, easy access to the subway (5min walk), to bars/restaurants in the region (10-15min walk) and to shopping options (Costanera Mall is a 10min walk as well). This hotel has everything going for it and I doubt you won't have a great experience staying here.

There were only two problems with my stay. First, the shower door didn't close properly, so after every shower the bathroom floor would be flooded. A minor inconvenience in an otherwise amazing room. The water would dry quickly due to the dry climate in Santiago, but still they would be advised to fix that. The second and most troubling problem was the room service. Staff was uncooperative on the phone, sent me a cold hot-sandwich (!) and when I phone back to ask them to heat it properly, they said they would be right over and never came. I was so tired (hence the reason why I ordered room service!) and it was so late that I just gave up. Honestly that seems unforgivable and in contrast to the rather pleasant stay otherwise.
