Incredible hosts. Friendly and most welcoming helpful Staff. Whatever you asked for, you received it, if not more. The most comfortable beds you could ever sleep or dream on. The rooms were so clean and catered to your every need. The showers washed away all your troubles if you had any. Water pressure and heat were incredibly immeasurable. A++ accommodation. 100% voted as our #1 motel in Queanbeyan. Home away from home.. Thank you, Hamilton Motel ❤️

This is just being so picky, and if I have to put anything forward.. I would say the bathroom rubbish bin is too small.. but it's not.

Really cute 3 bedroom house next door to the hotel which suited our group. Comfy, clean and good heating and water pressure. Would definitely stay here again with a group. Not sure if breakfast was included at the hotel as we left early. Located on a road but it had shutters for the light and I didn't hear traffic noise.

The only thing would be the toilet is at the back of the bathroom so you can't use it if someone is in the shower. There could have been more milk in the fridge. 1 tiny popper wasn't enough for us all to have coffee. We just did an overnighter so you can buy milk if staying longer.

Great sized room, with comfy beds and a nice modern and clean bathroom with very high pressure shower. Always great customer service here, and they go the extra mile with a Nespresso Machine and complimentary pods; Foxtel and EV Chargers. We have stayed here once before about 6 months ago for one night, this time we stayed for 2 nights and we will stay again. They understand customer service and are a pleasure to deal with.

Charming reception on arrival. Very well executed renovation of the room, kitchenette and bathroom. Good sized room. Double glazed windows cut out the traffic noise on Canberra Ave. Extremely comfortable bed. Amazing shower and generous towels. Nice toiletries. Location great for Queanbeyan and Canberra.

One tiny thing. The television had no closed captions. Deaf people travel. 🙂

Good size house. Well appointed. Good off street parking for a couple of cars. Our bed was very comfortable. Once the external blinds were put down at night it was easier to keep the house warm - it was a very cold weekend and took a while to heat the house, but toasty once warmed up. Good kitchen space to cook in. Could do with an extra saucepan. Big back yard. Did not use the laundry but was well equipped with washing machine and detergent.

The house had bedding for 6 but only one three seater lounge. Cleaning equipment needed to be accessible to sweep floor. BBQ non functional. Toilet is seperate but located through the only bathroom.

Very comfortable large room with all amenities. With a large fridge and freezer you could easily stay a week or more. Nice to have a couch and dining setting, microwave, plates, bowls utensils etc. And a coffee machine. Very quiet. Didn't hear any traffic. Small IGA within walking distance

The feeling of home away from home. Staff are welcoming and pleasant and will do anything to ensure your stay is comfortable and accommodating. Come, try it, I assure you, you'll love it! My #1 fave in Qbyn 🫶

If anything to gripe about, maybe add a couple of cushions for the lounge seating for your back and maybe a mat in the kitchen..

Everything was clean and tidy with extra bathroom linen and housekeeping was a bonus. The bed was a bit soft for our liking but comfortable. Everything you need was available, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A service with a smile, amazing people.

We were mindful the people in the next rooms could be heard and a friendly reminder the walls are paper thin.

The room was very clean and spacious for 3 people (2 adults and a teenager). The bathroom was large, clean and we were provided nice toiletries. The staff were very friendly and even cleaned our breakfast dishes left over from our first night stay (this was unexpected). The hotel was close to the main strip of shops and restaurants in the area, but far enough away that it was quite peaceful.

The mini fridge was not very cold (we stored some drinks in it overnight, but they did not come out very cold) and while the large double bed was comfortable, it was a little too soft - made it a little difficult for us to sleep, as we were sinking into the middle of the bed together.

Rooms had good proportions and well laid out in all aspects, and appeared fresh as if recently renovated. Good sized bathroom and shower with good water flow, quality amenities. Kitchenette had all you would need for a short stay, and a good refrigerator and microwave oven. Included WiFi quality was very good, both in terms of signal strength and actual throughput. All in all, a pleasant surprise. Units had individual RC/AC. Staff good. Multiple charging stations available for electric vehicles.
