I loved the new interior and exterior design, the space of the room, the big bathrooms and the aminities such as soaps, body, shampoos and towels laid out so beautifully in the bathroom. We enjoyed the large television and the very comfortable beds, even the air-conditioning is in the perfect spot. We were so impressed with the new management. Everything was really thought out perfectly. Even the smell of the room is lovely. The active security of the carpark and rooms brings a sense of safety that your belongings and car are secure. Will be choosing Parkway motel as our permanent spot when visiting Canberra from now on.

Travelled for work with my Wife, We had stayed elsewhere the previous night at a more expensive location and found that Parkway Motel was far better even though it was cheaper. We had a spa in the room which was lovely to relax in after a hard day's work. Staff, Facilities, cleanliness, comfort, and location were all exceptional, especially given the cost.

Entrance door to the room requires some adjustment. The tap isn't high enough to properly fill the kettle, perhaps a small jug could be made available to be able to fill the kettle. Could use a little more coffee, tea and sugar supplies.

Amazing reception staff and a modern upgrade to the basic facilities has made a huge difference to the property. Beds are warm and comfy even in the depth of winter. Shower has the kind of heat and pressure that can wash all the pain away. No rancid smells from floor wastes like experienced at other local properties. Clean amenities and wonderful housekeeping. Highly recommended!

Bathroom gets very cold in cooler months, no exhaust fan but a window to remove humidity. Wi-Fi coverage is not great but the new owners are working on the upgrade currently. Face washers would be nice. Bathroom hanging hooks for towels and toiletries (I.e. toiletry/travel bags). Better lighting and removing redundant fittings/fixtures would make the space more comfortable.

Cozy and comfortable. Clean with some extras. The electric blanket on the bed was pure pleasure on a freezing cold Queanbeyan night. The addition of crockery, cutlery, microwave was a big plus. Parking was directly outside my door - perfect.

No hair dryer. Shower curtain instead of a door. The electricity went out 3 times. It was re connected very quickly after a phone call but it became a nuisance by the third time.

I stayed in the Easy Access room. Layout was a little awkward - but plenty of room. Service was great and cleanliness was well maintained over the two weeks I stayed.

Parking could have been better (compared to many it was excellent) My main concern was the lack of chairs with arm rests. There was one but it was too soft. Internet was shocking - that said it was a Queanbeyan problem

The location is perfect , because we had to have a stay near Majura park. Good parking facility. Cctv coverage of the property. Room and bathroom were very clean. Microwave/toaster/toiletries and some cutlery helped us a-lot to warm our packed food up. I needed a big mirror to tie my turban so it helped me alot. More space to keep your baggage.

Shower area is just enough to take a shower !

This Motel is situated right near town but on a quiet street, so only a 5 min walk and there were heaps of food options. It was also across the rd from a beautiful park so great with kids. Our room was spotlessly clean, very comfy beds and lovely hot shower.

There was really nothing we didn't like.

I was able to book a room at the last minute and ended up getting a free upgrade which was nice.

There was some rubbish under the bed left by the previous people staying. The heater also stopped working a few times too.

Good sized rooms, Great shower with plenty of pressure. My room was very quiet.

Only a small thing :- There was nowhere to rest the soap in the shower. I would definitely stay there again

Air conditioner unit very noisy needs new bearings in fan ( am retired electrician ) Only confusing thing was conditions state no.cooking in room but toaster supplied so can you cook toast or not ??
