We stayed at this apartment with a family of five and very much enjoyed it. The apartment is spacious, well maintained and very well serviced. Fortunately, the people were very flexible in our case, as we needed to extend our stay with two days, due to unforeseen circumstances. This was no problem. The apartment was very clean and the amenities present were very good. The location is a bit further away from the touristic center of town, but the public transportation in Sydney is very well organized, so this is not a major issue. Being close to Central Station certainly provides flexibility. I would certainly highly recommend a stay at Botanik!

The apartment is fully equipped for a vacation, including a washing machine, dryer, and a kitchen with all necessary utensils. It has a modern and clean design. The location is relatively convenient, near a bus stop and a 10-minute walk to the central station. The price is reasonable.

If possible, I have a small suggestion: I find the apartment very beautiful and well-equipped, but it only has a small mirror in the bathroom. It would be great to have a mirror in the bedroom, preferably a full-length one. Another minor suggestion is that while everything is complete, including kitchen paper towels, there are no napkins or indoor slippers.

Me and my family is very happy staying at Botanik Apt, definitely we will recommend to our family and friends, so comfort and cozy, nearby central station and easy to reach Bus going anywhere. We booked 3BR, room pretty spacious, complete facilities to enable you to cook and do laundry. I would definitely come back when we travel to Sydney again. The Warm host, Suzanne welcoming us when we arrived and very helpful when we left something in the Apt. Highly appreciated.

Just suggestion to also provide broom or floor vacuum that will be helpful for long stay.

The apartment was clean, modern and amazing. Had almost everything we needed, just missing the cooking oil. It had washing powder, dishwasher tablets and kitchen cleaning supplies. The bed was super comfortable and a good sized kitchen for 2 of us. The location is great. 10 minutes from central station and the nearest Woolworths for groceries. Plenty of restaurants are within walking distance too. Bathroom was really nice and spacious

Down side to the apartment was the hallway light that comes in from the little window next to the entrance. I had to block it with some pillows as it floods light onto the apartment and you need to keep the bedroom door open so the A/C keeps you cool while you sleep.

We had a very nice stay in this spacious and clean apartment. Good location, walkable to the central station, with bus lines and restaurants nearby. Kitchen had all necessities and was even stocked with some tea and sweets, we appreciated that. There was a binder with helpful information for the appliances. The manager promptly and helpfully responded to our requests. We had one room cleaning during our stay.

The bed was a bit soft for our taste.

Very smart apartment in a dedicated block. New and well-equipped, good kitchen facilities, small dining table, comfy sofa and excellent tv. Wifi was strong. Bedroom small, but nice bed and plenty of storage. Bathroom excellent. Close to bus, train and light rail services. Easy and quick to get into CBD or direct bus to Coogee beach. There's a public swimming pool nearby too.

It's on a busy road, so gets noisy if the balcony window is left open There's no reception desk, so you pick up key card from a code safe. This all worked fine and is clearly economical, but it makes the experience a bit impersonal. Could have done with a little more cutlery to save washing up so often.

Firstly i want to thank Suzanne for her utmost support and understanding for the medical situation we had. She is a real asset in your team. Secondly botanik apt just knows what a business cum family customer like me would need. Even smaller bits like laundry soaps, first day kits for kitchen, clean linens and the design of the space with ample light and air was amazing.

I was on a 14day trip, but couldn’t get the accommodation for all days due to taylor swift concert. it’s not a complaint at all, just that you’ve set such high standards for us business travelers that we can’t compromise with anything lesser than average. part of my trip i had to get an accommo in some other apt hotels which was a nightmare.

The location is very convenient, with bus stops and a light rail station nearby. It's also within walking distance to the central station. The overall space is very comfortable, and the manager is very friendly and promptly assists with any issues. They even thoughtfully converted one of the double beds into two single beds to accommodate guests' needs flexibly! Highly recommended :)

Apartment is well equiped and very clean. Located near the central station the apartment is ideal as starting point for different Trips.

The apartment has installed a device which distributes a very dominating vanilla odor. We very strongly recommend that this device will not be used and the customer can decide by its own whether he or she wants to live in a vanilla cloud. It took us some time to figure out how to shut down this device.

The flat was spacious enough for my family of 3 and it was really clean. The white goods were good brands! nice balcony! convinient location! hospitable and responsive host, I asked for earlier drop off my luggage and extra bed sheets and had positive responses for both (thanks Suzanne)! I would stay again if I have the chance to travel!

Having a vacuum cleaner would have been handy.
