The queen size bed was the main draw card. We loved that it had an ensuite and the balcony was pleasant. We didn't end up watching any tv but that's fantastic that it was part of the room. Also provided was a split air con which was ticking all the boxes. The quiet side of the block was especially nice and the hostess was a delight and very welcoming. The location was also another draw card (15 minute walk from Petersham train station, about the same from the bus stop from central) and perfect for dining at local pubs and cafes. And on a personal note.. it rained which made our stay extra special.. I can't wait to stay again 😁

Would have liked an accessible wall socket near the bed, but we found one under the tv and of course there was one at the sink so it was okay because I brought an extension lead.

The room was cosy, clean and had everything we needed. Awesome location, really close to good food and bar venues. Laundry easy to access and use. Close to parking and easy to walk to find shopping and food

The communal kitchen was dirty (almost pulled a whole slice of toast in crumbs out of the toaster and the cupboards had dirty cardboard in them, the fridge was full of unwrapped food) and the signs about setting off the fire alarm almost gave me anxiety eg. Boiling the kettle, steam from the bathroom and dust could apparently set it off.

The Room was well located for my needs and felt very secure while also being easy to access as someone staying there. The bed was comfortable, clean, and a good size. There was a microwave and kettle provided in the room that allows for you to make your own easy meals if you wanted.

The fridge/freezer in my room didn't work. There was some staining in the carpets but they were old stains. The bathroom was outdated but everything worked.

Wila Yu (she's the manager) is exceptional, very helpful, informative about the area and has great customer service skills 👍 The room was clean & comfortable with a nice bed, TV, fridge and microwave. Great location, close to shops, restaurants and transport. Highly recommended.

TV 📺 signal could be a bit iffy at times but I have YouTube & Spotify Premium and books 📚 to read so no biggie 👌

Good location near the restaurant area of Norton Street. Helpful office staff. Parking available on site at a very reasonable price. Good air conditioning. Comfortable and well maintained room. Good value for money in a Sydney location.

Only problem is that the location is is directly on the flight path for the airport. Planes go over the building at a low level. It must be remembered that even though this is a negative, it is very quiet during the night from 11pm to 6am when flights are not allowed.

At first I thought the location was going to be noisy being right on the main road and under the aircraft landing flight path, HOWEVER, to my surprise, the room was very quiet and I was able to get many hours of undisturbed sleep.

Everything was a lot better than my expectations.

I was attending a gig at the Crow Bar across the road so location was perfect. Close proximity to shops and restaurants. Quite and comfortable, even though it was on parramatta road. Lovely soft bed, great air conditioning

The room was quite small but well kept, roughly 3x3 meters plus a 1x3 meter on-suite attached, which was plenty to meet my needs for the one night stay. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom clean. I also noticed the room was surprisingly quiet despite being directly under the inbound flight path for Sydney airport which was great compared to other motels I’ve stayed at. The location is perfect, centralised and easy to access right on Parramatta Road.

The view from my 3rd floor room was not great by any means, but it did allow direct line of sight to the lane way where I parked my car, which was very reassuring. They do have secure basement parking but I arrived late and didn’t use it.

Perfect location and close to shops and public transport. We stayed in the queen room and had a lovely city view. Bed was very comfortable and staff were friendly and accommodating.

Nice, clean self-contained studio with lots of natural light located less than a five-minute walk to shops, cafes, and transport. Also, so helpful with luggage and check-in. A great stay.
