Breakfast buffet was good. Everything you would expect but not going overboard. Staff friendly, if a bit frazzled when it got busy. Decent barista coffee too. Spacious, comfortable family rooms are an asset in this hotel and it was good value for a slightly out of the CBD location.

Water pressureis poor in the shower, some curtain maintenance would have helped block out light in our room. The check in process was a bit clunky as our key didn’t work and we had to return to reception with all our luggage again and be given another room. Parking is fine if you are given one out the front but the basement carpark is a bit of a joke. Obviously never designed to be one, there are way too many pillars to navigate around, most of the parks are tiny and you have to do 14 point turns to get into some.

I liked the big TV, the couch, the spacious bathroom, the floor length mirror, the soft bed and the helpful front desk attendant’s. I liked the layout of the electricity outlets, super convenient. It was close to where my conference was as well as a small market, a 711 and not far from king street restaurants.

I didn’t like how low flow the shower was. I didn’t like the small sized glasses in the room, I’d like a larger option. I’d like a knife of some kind, at least a butter knife and fork in the room. I didn’t like that room service stops at 830 but that fact isn’t written anywhere and it isn’t on the voicemail to explain why no one is picking up the phone.

Amazing place, spacious and clean rooms with a beautiful view of the city. Staff was amazing specially the manager Sagar Thapa, he is probably the most helpful and genuine person i have met throughout my stay in the hotels. Close to some amazing restaurants and shops.

Nothing major really tbh all i can say is the parking number plate reader/senser could be better, i always had to press the button, it struggled reading my car number plate.

The check-in and check-out processes are generally smooth and efficient. The staff at the reception are often praised for their professionalism and friendliness. The rooms are typically clean and well-maintained. They offer a comfortable bed with fresh linens, and the decor is modern and stylish. Room Service dinner by Rowley’s Restaurant was 10/10.

The hotel underground parking is quite confusing and tight with many pillar poles to navigate. The space isn't well designed. Breakfast at Rowley’s Restaurant is very limited and pricy for what is available.

Location - perfect! We wanted a place close to University of Sydney & this place was 5 minutes walk away. Saga, front desk, was a wonderful resource - where to go & how to get there via the bus system! He even loaned us his own umbrella on a rainy day!

Shower gel pump never got fixed even after reporting it numerous times.

Great spot - easy public transport, cool neighbourhood, walking distance to good food and the gig. Room was clean, bed was comfy, and nobody tried to upsell me nonsense at check-in. Staff were warm without the forced cheer. Breakfast? Surprisingly decent. Would stay again, and I don’t say that lightly.

There was a rather loud child in the room next door, but that was more the fault of the parents.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is great and there is an easy access to the public transport. The hotel is located walkable distance to University of Sydney and just a few stops away from the Broadway Mall. There are several eating options close to the hotel which adds to the convenience to the stay.

The location is terrific in terms of being able to access the city and other locations. The staff are always friendly and try very hard to provide the best possible service to clients. Guest facilities are generally quiet. Availability of pool. Excellent buffet breakfast in keeping with other hotels of this caliber. The welcome pack that was provided to us was a nice touch.

Cutting costs by not providing bars of soap in the bathroom and ridiculously poor quality toilet paper. Bought our own from nearby convenience store. Room prices were over the top even understanding the time of year--on the verge of price gouging. Erratic restaurant hours and limited availability of meals were disappointing.

Convenient for professional development at the same venue. Staff were helpful. Access to nearby gym was great. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and new. Room service meal was good.

Breakfast buffet was ok but not great. Aircon emitted noise and light near bed. Curtains didn’t fully close. Coffee was mediocre, as expected at hotels.

Relatively quick check-in / check-out

"I recommend the self-service here" :-( I phoned the hotel to request a parking spot. Receptionist said "There's a new system. You have to book parking online." I've never heard such nonsense. If I am speaking directly with the hotel's front desk staff then they should be able to book parking for me - none of this off-loading responsibility to an online process - that's NOT service, it's the opposite.
