The room was spacious and well equipped with a kitchenette. The staff were friendly and there were a selection of snacks and drinks you could help yourself to during the day and evening. The bed was also very comfortable and the room was quiet despite overlooking the atrium

The only criticism is my particular room over looked the atrium and when people were walking around the common areas of the floor it was possible to see inside the room, particularly at night so I had to close the curtains for more privacy

The location is fantastic. Close to everything but our room was at the back of the hotel and was very quiet. The room was not large but was very well designed and the high ceilings gave an airy feeling. It was a nice place to relax. The service was great, house keeping came daily ans the staff very very nice

House keeping did knock on the door to service the rooms well before 9am, which is a little early when people are on holiday. There was a "keep out" sign to put on the door but I wasn't expecting to have to put that out each night for the morning but lesson learned. We were still sometimes woken by the knocking on the adjacent room's door

The room was spacious and clean, (room is much bigger than how it looks on hotel websites photos) had everything you need for cooking etc , lots of coffee and a pod machine .. The hotel is in an amazing location which is surrounded by cafes/restaurants/bars/supermarkets/bottle shops/cinema/ train station all in short walking distance. I love the middle courtyard style also in the hotel, very pretty.

Only negative was the flooring in my room, wasn’t carpet or tiles but some mesh weird stuff, feels horrible under the feet. But I can see how much easier it would be for housekeepers to clean and incase of spills easier to clean also .

Location is great for events in Newtown, 5mins to train station, never short on food and drink options. Simple check in/check out.simple modern design in rooms. Housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful.

Rooms are air-conditioned but the hallways are not because the building itself is open roof with an internal patio garden area. This makes it hot moving around the building and lift. House policy to charge earlier than booking.coms terms and they charged an unexpected card surcharge. Too many messages coming from the property through the message function with booking.com prior to arrival, felt like spam.

Clean comfortable room. Friendly staff. Hot water for showers etc Airconditioned. Kitchen facilities -studio Wine and beer provided in reception for guests from 6-10pm.

I told reception staff twice that I would not be staying until the 7th June and was told to go through booking .com for changes and to seek any refund. They had no contact details for booking.com On the morning, I left there was not even a message placed in the system by the previous 2 staff. I had a knowledgeable staff member this time who told me that because I didn't stay 7 nights (which I may have if I had known) I would not benefit from the special price. He also did all the notification to booking.com for me and calculated the refund they would provide. I was annoyed that the initial 2 staff were not competent. The Urban did not have their own NETFLIX account. Lounge chair would have been nice in room. No box of tissues-inexpensive add.

Location fantastic. Great variety of eateries in Enmore Road. Service pleasant. Rooms cleaned every day. Kitchenette was useful.

Room was a bit small, and the floor was covered in a kind of plastic, which felt odd. Some lights were not working. Small bathroom. Bed wedged against the window, which made access on that side difficult.

Location was great, was a few minutes walk from one of my favourite cafes and it's not far from the station either. The room was nice too, it was small but the layout was done well that it didn't matter much and everything was really nice and the bathroom was super clean.

I would say I didn't necessarily dislike anything. Only that I would've liked some bottles of water or something down in the complimentary little fridge in the foyer rather than just wine. Also one of the lights in my room was flickering on and off, until it eventually just stopped working. But it wasn't enough to ruin my stay and I honestly really enjoyed the time there.

The staff at this hotel (and Booking.com) went beyond in meeting my expectations in terms of their level of service, especially in a time of family stress that was the context of our trip to Sydney. Just for that alone, I am deeply grateful.

I wished it was clearer beforehand what they expected in terms of having a dog in the room (e.g. dog needs to be tied up or out of the room for room cleaning to happen.) But we sorted that out the next day. My wife said the wifi was slow, but I felt the wifi was fast.

I liked the Bohemian and hippie vibe to the property. I also liked how it was also a little apartment style complex was a nice little seating arrangement near the kitchen area and the set out of the bed so it gave a slight bedroom vibe / privacy. The staff were absolutely amazing, it was my first time travelling alone as a young adult and they made me feel so welcome and at ease. I chose this property to stay at since it was so close to and Enmore Theatre as I was only here for a couple days for a concert, but I’ll for sure be staying here again when I’m in Sydney next !!

Only issues I had about the property was the bed. It was quite uncomfortable. And the AC was only set in cold, if I tried to turn it up to 30° degrees, it would still blow out cold air even hours after it was kept on. Other than that, the place was fantastic.

The room was a great size and well set up with a small table and chairs, desk and chair, lounge chair and small kitchenette. It was quiet. Bed was very comfortable with a selection of pillow sizes. I liked being able to step outside the hotel straight into a street with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants. A wonderful stay. Will stay again

Lingering smell of cigarette smoke from previous occupant. A lack of natural light( wasn't there much in the daytime so didn't worry me too much)
