The lady at reception was great, very friendly and helpful.

parking onsite wasn't available even though I requested well in advance, there was parking on the street which I was surprised and this was a 2 hour parking but was fine for overnight, as the parking I was offered was across the road a bit further out. Lucky it all worked out well, it would be better if there was parking onsite though.

I’ve stayed here before. The location is ideal for visits to the Camperdown area and is so convenient to the university and hospital. The warm welcome and friendly manner of the reception staff has been a highlight each time I’ve stayed. The room I had was different to previous times but was compact, perfectly fitted out and cleaned to a high standard. The well equipped kitchenette is a great bonus and the bed super comfortable.

This time my room was facing a side street and with the window open was a little noisy during the day. However, after shutting the window in the evening and with the aid of some earplugs I had a great night’s sleep. Please note that I am a light sleeper at the best of times.

We love the set up of the suite. It has a nice bed, air con, a mini kitchen/coffee station and a small balcony. They also provided iron machine, closet, cups, glasses and a mini fridge. (no hair dryer)

the tv is old, and you can't stream or connect any app. only nationals channels. The check in was until 18.00, and our flight was night time. we didn't have any issue but it was only because I reached them. We found it a bit expensive for what they offer, but in general accomodation is expensive in Sydney

I needed to stay somewhere close to the hospital while a family member was staying at the hospital. This hotel was close by, the staff were welcoming, the room was perfect for me as a solo traveller (not too big, not too small) and having a desk to work at was great. The bed was amazingly comfortable for me as I love a very soft pillowy mattress and soft pillowy pillows. If you like a hard mattress, this may however not be the place for you. The kitchenette area was small and perfectly formed and the bathroom was also small but perfectly clean and very functional.

I utilised the on-site parking and the only inconvenience was having to exit that parking area and then go back to the hotel to drop off the parking “poster” that you put on your dashboard when parking. So if you also book the parking you just need to be aware of that.

A beautifully appointed, immaculate place to stay, close to RPA hospital. The rooms are superbly maintained, with beautifully comfortable beds and so very quiet. Each and every staff member that we met were highly professional, extremely accommodating and the loveliest people you would ever hope to meet. The suites are close to cafes, supermarkets and the bus stop is just a few metres away making accessing public transport a breeze. This little gem is the best place I have ever stayed.

The gentlemen at the front desk are amazing. They are kind and knowledgable about the area and local eateries. We had to switch rooms midway through our stay and they arranged for the housekeepers to move our luggage for us. It was so nice to arrive back after a long day and everything be sorted. Also, the location is perfect for Prince Albert Hospital and USyd. The Deuce Cafe across the street is excellent and there is a 24 hour gym down the street. Super convenient to the bus line and Uber cabs were easy to meet up with during our stay.

Wish the rooms were $50 less a night bc they are small. With that stated, the rooms are VERY CLEAN and tidy. The housekeepers do an excellent job.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect if you're visitng someone in the University or Alfred Hospital. The Deux Cafe on the corner is outstanding and if you show your room key you receive ten percent off your bill-that's a nice touch. Clean room, a bit on the smaller side but just fine for sleeping and showering. Would not want to hang out as there isn't that much space. Will definitely stay there again next visit to USyd.

Rooms could be larger and a bit less expensive. Or have a discount for two or more nights--something like that

The location is very good, the sanitation is very clean and tidy, and the network signal is good.

Everything else is good, except that it's hard to adjust the temperature of the hot and cold water in the shower because they are adjusted separately, which I'm not used to. Another thing is that there is no switch by the bed to control the light bulbs in all the rooms. You need to turn on the night light by the bed and then go to turn off the lights in other places. I feel this can be improved.

the bed was very comfortable, made every day and coffee/tea refilled. the staff were very polite and helpful when needed. perfect amount of space for myself. I loved that there were many great places to eat very close by.

the windows don't provide much noise cancellation to noisy traffic.

Great hospitality from the staff. They went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. When they found out I have back problem, they changed my mattress so I can sleep better. Warm communication from the friendly reception especially from David and Verniece. The location is great, the bus stop is just outside the hotel main door, Glebe Market, Broadway Mall and trendy cafes at Newtown nearby makes this a great place to stay and explore. There's grocery stores nearby for you to grab your supplie sif needed. The room was new, clean and we could do our laundry for free.

The proximity to the main road makes it a bit noisy but the wonderful management arranged for a quiet room for me as I was there for a workshop/study.
