We had a 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor. My husband and I had one room and another family member had the other. We loved that there was plenty of room and we had the privacy of our own room with a toilet and shower for each room. We travelled to that location for medical attention and we were so very happy that we chose Quality Apartments. Parking at the facility was a big bonus as well. We will most definitely return for another stay in the near future. Many thanks.

An extra blanket in our room would have been great, but it wasn’t a big deal. Being able to adjust your own room temperature would have been nice too.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and responded to any of my needs in a polite and friendly manner. The location was perfect for the events we were attending during our weekend away, and we were given rooms with luxury views of the city. The beds were super comfy and we were provided with great entertainment areas in each of the apartments we booked. The swimming pool was kept in great condition and was perfect to cool off during the day before our night festivities.

The only faults I experienced included the faulty elevator - sometimes we had to close the door 3-4 times after it automatically reopened. There was also a dusty ceiling fan in one of the rooms I was staying, but I was happy to wipes those down myself.

The room was exactly what we needed as a member of my party spent 3 day in RPA and the hospital was an easy walk from the apartment and had everything I needed - air con worked, bed comfortable, necessary crockery and cutlery, good shower, parking and a balcony so I wasn't stuck in side.

The room was not serviced during my 4 day stay.

The location is fantastic for visits to RPA. The 2 bedroom apartment is a great size, clean and had a small balcony. There was cafes and a pub nearby for food and drink. The shower was excellent and the towels soft and fluffy! Parking on site was also a bonus.

The only thing I can pick on was no globe in the bedroom lamp and the other lamps globe didnt work.

We were impressed with the size of the apartment and had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. The balcony was great for sitting out in the fresh-air and sunshine. We were able to cook for ourselves in the good-sized kitchen.

The lift was unreliable and meant we had to use the fire-stairs. Some parts of the apartment hadn't been well-vacuumed.

no TV in bedroom, safe didn’t work and there was a strong in the bathroom ( urine/bleach) the receptionist was nice but needed to tell us that we needed our room key to get out of the car park, the swipe pad says to insert the room key but there is no where to insert it. Parking should be free.

The location is fabulous. We could walk to the fish market and the city centre. There's a great pub a few doors up as well as cafe's and a mini mart. The appartment has everything you could need for a comfortable stay.

It is an older apartment so don't expect perfection. But hey, I live in an older house so I'm used to it.

very clean spacious room bathroom balcony and all. easy to find,tight parking but got one.

took 25 minutes for someone to come to the front desk but when they did they were pleasant! had to ask about parking and took two trips around the block to find it.

location is second to none for access to RPA and cheaper than Rydges next door. Very friendly and helpful staff.

ageing property, the grout and silicone in the bathroom was stained and the shower temperature seems to be affected by water use in other rooms.

Good sized room and suitable facilities. Great central location close to public transport and short walk the bustling Newtown.

I had no issue with this property, it met my expectation and was suitable for what I had booked.
