Very good 4BR apartment though some odd, bare balconies and no amenities. There’s a great cafe at the very end of the block. Staff were super helpful with inquiries and communications.

It’s in an old, very run down block that looks uninviting from the street. There is no stopping/ pick up out front on the busy street - go to side street or back. The elevator does not go to street level so negotiating bags/ stairs to elevator was an issue. Have a plan for meeting any food delivery people after hours or they will leave your food on the sidewalk. Meet uber drivers in the alley around the corner.

Amazing helpful staff, above and beyond! Clean apartment, very quiet place, felt safe, absolutely beautiful inner yard, and a nice own balcony with a wooden floor. Got a free upgrade from one bedroom to two bedrooms as a bonus! The apartment was huge and stylish! Enjoyed having such a big space all for myself. Loved staying there and planning to come back next time when I’ll be travelling to Sydney in June.

Points for improvement: 1. Very high shower holder: I’m 160cm tall and barely reached it on my tiptoes. 2. Dishes was dirty with remaining food on the outside. 3. Told there was a safe, but couldn’t find it at all, checked literally everywhere (was staying in room 203). I probably should have asked again to show me. 4. No washing machine powder/liquid, but one of the staff members brought some upon request. 5. Main point that I found most disturbing: all water drains were barely working – both bathroom sinks, shower, and a kitchen sink. Water was filling up immediately after a few seconds and was barely draining after turning the taps/shower off. Require pipe cleaner.

staff all very friendly and helpful. The 1b/d apt was very spacious and had a nice square open plan layout. Apt had a full oven, 4 top gas stove, microwave oven, clothes washer & a dryer. Very good for a long stay guest. Location is good if your staying for hospital services on Missenden Rd. Bus stop going both ways is just a few steps from hotel front door. Its about a 5 min walk to a big stationary store n a main gate to enter University of Sydney. A 20min walk to Broadway mall. There is also a nice restaurent/motor bike shop - Dus ex Machina just up the road for a sit down meal.

The traffic noise from Parramatta Rd is quite loud unless you close the balcony door. This area of town had a lot of boarded up empty shops n graffiti all over the buildings, just a bit run down looking and not really a shopping or cafe/restaurant area. There is a red bus lane outside the main door of hotel, so at certain times of the day a taxi/uber will not be able to stop there. You have to go around the side to Larkin St to catch your ride.

pleasant staff, clean and spacious. Great location, close to Sydney uni, RPA, lots of buses go past and nearest stop is very close. Can walk up Missenden Rd to King St for lots of great restaurants. Walkable from UTS, plus Redfern and Central stations if you are reasonably fit. In fact just over 5km walk from Circular Quay! Had washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Good soundproofing to keep the Parramatta Rd noise out.

a desk would have been good. There was plenty of room and a decent size table with bench seats, however not good to sit and work at. The bed was average, but pillow were good. Selection of crockery/cutlery was a bit variable, lots of some things not many of others but overall pretty good. A clothes airer would be useful to save using the dryer

Very friendly service. Amenities like washing up liquid or washing powder were replaced every two days, bins were also emptied regularly. The sheets and towels were renewed once a week.The washing machine and dryer worked perfectly. The apartment is well designed and very big.

The only minor drawback for me was the fact that the electrics only worked by inserting the card key in a slot near the door. Obviously more ecological but a bit of a hassle having to always walk to the door to switch off the lights.

The place is very clean, modern and spacious with plenty of light in the corrridor. Access is by lift from the lobby. The unit is well apppointed, washing machine,dryer, kitchen, well stocked bathroom. I stayed with 3 other adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of space for the kids to roam around the room. Location wise, its very near a bus stop, that will take about 20 minutes ride to the city centre of Sydney. I would highly recommend the place for a large group (4 or more people) who seeks a quiet and spacious place and for a longer stay.

Location, friendly and helpful staff. Beds were comfortable, lounge and kitchen are great. Two bathrooms are always a bonus with more than two people in the accommodation.

Kitchen really needs more cooking implements like pots, pans, casserole dishes - stuff like this especially for those using accommodation whilst visiting people at the RPA and you need to save a bit on dinners etc.

Really helpful staff, welcoming and great place to stay close to Sydney centre. We were fortunate to have a top floor apartment so got a small glimpse of the city skyline from a balcony. Good shower and water pressure too.

Some of the doors and windows did not fully close so the downstairs floor was particularly cold compared to the top floor. The apartment slept 8 people but the kitchen was not fully equipped as needed more mugs, glasses and utensils. Also needed some hanging space for coats/outerwear

Room amazing size and facilities - plenty of space for a several day stay- tile floors need cleaned - bathroom could do with a deep clean - bed comfortable - did not use cooking facilities but was good to see what was available if did need them. Laundry awesome

Nothing was a problem. But did hesitate to pay extra for a late checkout of only 3 hours. Did wonder about security - easy for general public to access building and get to floor / room entry. Nothing else to add.

Staff were really lovely, went above and beyond. Cleaning crew were friendly and checked in with us often. They did a good job keeping us well provided with towels on non-cleaning days. The location is fantastic, on major bus lines into the city. The double paned windows meant we were not at all bothered by traffic noise. There are plenty of good cafes within a block plus two convenience stores. The fabulous main streets of Newtown and Glebe are close enough to walk or a short bus ride away.

The parking garage takes some maneuvering to get in and out of. Fine once you get used to it and of course parking in the inner city is a challenge so it was great they had a garage.
