I honestly didn't realise the hotel was so close to the train station..which we utilised often and felt like total locals by the end of our stay. Just around the corner from Woolworths and BWS as well as some truly delicious places to eat. It felt central without being inundated with the crowds of the city, though if you wanted that it was a mere 10 to 15 min train ride away. The reception area had a delicious scent and was a cozy place to wait for people in or pass through on your way out. Pool and spa were lovely (even in winter) and when we briefly looked at the gym( I didn't want to stay too long in it in case I felt motivated to exercise) it looked well appointed and seemed to have everything one needed to work out. We don't come to Sydney often, but One Global will be my hotel of choice from now on.

Convenient location for transport (Green Park train station is literally underneath). There was a supermarket just up the road. The rooms were a decent size, with plenty of utensils, glasses, etc to self cater. Having a washer and dryer also meant that we could pack light. The rooms also had amenities, such as dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, coffee pods, etc that were topped up throughout our stay. Beds were VERY comfortable.

The robes were TINY 🤣🤣. The lighting in the bathrooms could be better (but that’s only if I was being really picky).

The access to food downstairs and convenient supermarkets. Thr cleanliness and how cozy the apartment is.

The smell of other residents cooking food in the hallway. The ringing noise in the hallway when people are using the hot water for their shower, you will hear the ringing noise late at night when its quiet because residents are using the hot water. Ventilation is an issue. There was also an incident where a fire was happening due to one of the apartments had burnt something and smoke was coming out of the hallway so the fire alarm system went off and we were all had to leave to head outside which was stressful.

The location is perfect for travelling around eastern suburbs of Sydney and further as t(e train station is underneath the hotel , which made travelling around very easy . The hotel and the rooms are spacious , clean and well equipped , very large beds , and nice kitchenette , everything worked and all stocks of shampoo , dishwasher detergent , ect replenished every day . Staff I found to be very friendly and helpful , and just a great place to stay , and I will probably stay here again when I return . Couple of notes on travelling* around , the train is underneath and one stop to Central station , where you can change to other destinations ,and it’s a 3 minute journey , the bus stops are also right outside Botany Rd , which I used a lot to go to Coogee and Bondi . If you get the chance try and get to Watson’s Bay , and look at cove bay beach , it’s beautiful place , and also for food a must Is Archie’s cafe at Dover Heights , for brunch lovely food .. Overall though the Hotel was great don’t hesitate with it as a choice , I have stopped at Meriton , and they are fine but if it’s a couple hundred pound difference I would pay the extra to stay at This hotel .

Fabulous room, spacious and well-appointed. Staff very helpful. Location was great for what we wanted, and actually close enough to Sydney airport that this is a great alternative for a one-night stay before an early morning flight -- only about 10mins further away than the official airport hotels. Because the room is has a well-appointed kitchen, and there is a Woolies 2 min walk away, it can be used as a self-catering apartment as well as a hotel room. We didn't use the saunas, spa or pool, but checked these out and they looked really nice.

Only downside was a fire-alarm that caused the whole building to be evacuated mid-evening on our last night. We had tune in early in anticipation of getting a 6.15am flight the next day. Alarm was nothing to do with the hotel, it was triggered by something at Taco Bell on the ground floor below the hotel, but I got the impression it was not a one-off.

Location & proximity to public transport to get around was very good

What I was extremely disappointed in was the fact that I booked a room 9 months ago with a balcony & upon arrival was told there were no suites with Balcony left, this was the whole reason for booking with Sky Suites & it has left me very frustrated with your accommodation.

Great location, and facilities.

The light in the bathroom malfunction on Friday and it couldn't be turned off. We were told the maintenance staff were away for the weekend. No news of the maintenance staff on Monday. He turned up on Tuesday around 11am. I told him not to do anything as we were leaving the room next day at 11. He went down and spoke to the staff and they called and pressed my daughter that the whole light system could blow up. And came in at 3pm on Tuesday and turned the power off and proceede to fix it. When I sent and spoke to the manager he told me to calm down. They wanted to get new people in the next day the maintence guy was not available the next day. I felt under valued as a guest.

Great little apartment, fully equipped including dishwasher tablets, laundry and washing up liquid which, although essential, is missing from other places we stayed. Staff were great, cleaners were very good and rooms were very comfortable. Plenty of storage!! Location was fantastic and plenty of restaurants and takeaways within walking distance. Only thing we disliked was the fact that the pool is a walk away overlooking a busy road and construction site and the square in the middle is a bit rough around the edges. The pool itself is lovely though. It’s expensive but I would say in line with accommodation in Sydney

One Global resort was fantastic for us along with our toddler. We had few last minute flight changes and reached out to One Global resort and the staff was happy to check us in early and when we arrived, everything was setup from the get go. The location is super close to the train station and it was easy to get into City every day and took a total of 10 mins one way and using an Opal card made it easier. The resort is surrounded by ammenities which includes a supermarket - making this really convienent for us and we enjoyed our 5 day stay at the resort and used the infinity pool almost every day. If we are making another trip to Sydney as a family - this would be the place I would stay again.

The apartment was fantastic—spacious and comfortable! We loved its location just outside Green Square Station, only a few train stops to the city center. Having a Woolworths supermarket right next door was a huge bonus!

The pool is located outside the hotel, so you’ll need to walk outdoors in appropriate clothing to reach the pool complex. Unfortunately, the spa was far too cold—more like a lukewarm bath—which made the trip there not really worth the effort. Also, I know this isn’t standard, but it would be great if the kitchen included a salt and pepper shaker and some cooking oil next to the stove. Just having these basics would be really appreciated and a nice extra touch beyond the usual amenities.
