The apartments are beautiful, very clean and equipped with everything you need for a stay. They cleaned our room every day and changed our towels. A very nice thing about this hotel is that they offer free coffee and snacks and fruit all day (on the 1st floor). We sleep well. Everyone was very friendly and it really is just like it looks in the photos. The hotel also has washing machines, so you can wash and tidy it while you're traveling. There is also a grocery store very close by. The nearest (209 m) is the subway station for the city train, which takes you to wherever you want in a few minutes at a low price. It takes 15 minutes from the airport to the hotel. Really great location and great cleanliness. Thank you!!! We will come again and I really recommend it for staying in Sydney.

Clean room. Basic building. A pleasant area, easily to find eateries around the corner. Train to and from the airport is very easy--100m from the station. I asked for a quiet room with a view and I was given one, thanks to friendly staff.

It was exorbitantly priced that night, but still $300 cheaper than the usual places. (Big football weekend). Much better price on a more ordinary night. No powerpoint near the bed. I had to move the bed to use my CPAP machine. But that was easy enough. Don't expect to feel like you're living the high life. But for an overnight stay in an expensive city, it was good.

Located on a main train line (T8) from the airport plus handy to buses so we were able to get around very easily using our Opal Card. Room was a good size and layout, though it must be noted that we were out of our room for most of each day. The complimentary coffee and breakfast pastries were appreciated, as were the muesli bars that we grabbed as snacks during the day. There is a supermarket and a variety of restaurants within easy walk. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They are happy to store bags if you go away for a couple of days or before you head off to the airport. We ended up booking an extra night when we came back to Sydney from the Blue Mountains.

We cleaned and separated our recyclables but were disappointed to find that they were all just put in the general rubbish. We'd like to see separate waste and recycling bins.

Hotel very close to the metro station Green square and close to the airport (both by car and metro). The neighbourhood has quite a few restaurant and fast food places as well as grocery shops. The room was nice with some space and a small kitchen. No coffee/tea at the room but there was a coffee machine in the "breakfast room" we could use whenever. At breakfast time there was an assortment of pre-packed breakfast items.

There was no hangers or hooks in the room, except for a small wardrobe next to the headboard of the bed. If the window was open the noise from outside was a lot since the hotel is located in a busy area.

I recently visited Sydney and relied on public transport to get around. I found my location to be very convenient, as it was within walking distance of both a bus stop and a train station, making it much easier to explore the city. Additionally, there is a large mall right next to the train station, which is a great bonus for shopping and dining. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! I was pleasantly surprised to find free breakfast included, which was a wonderful addition to my stay.

Very clean & spacious. Train station a couple of minutes walk on same street. Breakfast & coffee machine are great. It’s nice to be a little out of central town, but a quick train trip to get there. Also great value for money.

There were only two pillows on the double bed, the room had been booked for two, so I would have expected four pillows, none in the cupboard or anywhere. The breakfast coffee area is great, it would still be good to have a few tea bags in the room.

Excellent location just a few minute walking to Green Square station. In general, the facility was clean, tidy and well-managed. Comparing with my stay at this hotel in April this year, the room this time was more comfortable with relatively large space. Self-service snack bar has more food and becomes very popular for guests now. Well done!

Drainage smell from bathroom sometimes. May be some small plates in the snack bar would be very nice,

Great value of money for a stay in Sydney! The location is really worth it, just 1 minute walk to Green Square train station, which connects directly to the Sydney Airport, to CBD and other attractions via T8 line. The room is quite small but squeaky clean, new & great function facilities, shower stand has warm water, microwave & cutlery provided. Staff were at reception 24/7, I could check out at 6AM. Definitely would stay again for my next trip to Sydney!

The single bed is quite small for me, however it was a solo trip so I would not ask for more :)

The location is amazing for public transport. Nice little coffee shop next door . Closes early though.

First hotel I have ever stayed in that doesn’t supply coffee , tea , sugar or milk in rooms . You have to go to another floor to get it . Then it’s a pod machine . I find those machines make lukewarm coffee . Had I have known I would have taken my own . And I definitely would have given a better rating. Though one of the staff knew I was unhappy so he bought me a coffee from next door . Apart from that a lovely hotel with very friendly helpful staff .
